Insatiable butterfly - sex toy by Cal Exotics - review by marriedandhappy!!

Although, this will not be one of my favorite toys, there were several reasons why I bought it.


I bought this based on the description and thought I would try "something" new. I liked the idea of it being double action with seven different functions that vibrate, pulsate and then, escalate. I also liked that it was jelly and purple. I liked that it has a little butterfly to stimulate the clit and that it is curved for g-spot stimulation.

While this is a pretty, clear colored purple,jelly vibe, it has "that" smell and on mine, it just has not gone away.

The jelly is smooth enough for easy penetration and firm enough for satisfaction. The jelly does make this vibe smooth and slippery with lube.

I would recommend this for beginners based on the seven functions and easy to use hand-held control.

The hand-held control attaches with cable to two bullets that do have rather strong vibration.

The Insatiable Butterfly is made out of Jelly. I love the shape of the curved g-spot shaft. I liked the distance of the butterfly clit stimulator in conjunction to the shaft.

I did not like how it works. It seems clumsy to me. With cables that are thin and light-weight, they attach the two bullets into the shaft and clit stimulator. It was just not enough length-wise and width-wise for me. However, the bullets are strong in vibration.

This vibe was not only clumsy for me to operate, small in size, it was also hard for me to get the bullets (which are the best part of this vibe) into the hole for the shaft and the hole for the butterfly clit stimulator.

I would recommend this for beginners only.

The functions, well, there are seven different functions of pulsation, escalation and vibration. Which are a very good idea for any toy. The bullets are the power-house of this toy, as they deliver very good vibrations.
The vibrations, pulsations and escalations range in intensity, so even the most sensitive can be pleased with this toy.
It is not waterproof. It is easy to operate and takes 3 AA size batteries, which were easy to get in.
This toy is not discreet. It is rather loud, it could be heard through my closed bedroom door. It is not travel friendly and the cables that attach the bullets make it clumsy to handle.

To clean this, I used my toy cleaner. As the bullets come out, the shaft and clit stimulator can be washed in warm water and soap. Since, I was not pleased with it, I stored it back in its box. But, I would recommend a toy sack to store it properly.

It is fine to use this with water-based lube.

This toy comes in a factory box.

If one is looking for good clit stimulation, this may be the toy for you. If one is looking for size and girth, I would not recommend this. Also, the vibrations were not strong enough in the shaft part of this toy for me.
