5/5 The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that you can't turn the Inspire down. One touch on/off is nice, but I'd still like to be able to turn it down when needed instead of turning it off and starting from scratch. But when you think about it, it's really not that big of a deal.Published: May 13, 2010
Pros:
Easily customized intensities. Strong. Phthalates-free.
Cons:
Loud. Can't turn it down, only up or on/off.
Experience
The most powerful, and probably the loudest, vibe I've ever had. Despite the noise, it's the best personal massager I've had so far. More info in the full review on my blog.

Still good to work out the kinks in muscles. I don't really use for much else than massage anymore, though. I was thinking about pulling it out to help the hubby out. He twisted his ankle REALLY badly playing laser tag with his little brothers while we were away on vacation for 2 weeks. It looks horrible, but the swelling is going down. I figure the Inspire would be a bit much for his poor foot and ankle, though. So it's just soft massages with my hands and some herbal balm for now.

Yeah, it's a bit annoying, but I really don't turn it down much. It would have been a nice feature, but I can deal without it.

My partner actually complained about that when we first used it. He hated that you had to turn the whole thing off to turn the darn thing back down. It is a little loud too, something I will only use when my roomies aren't around.
Yeah, it's a noisy little bugger. If I wanted to use it when hubby was around without him knowing, I'd probably blast the music and go hide in our walk-in closet to use it. Of course, my hearing is better than his and I'm always figuring he hears even the slightest noise like I do.
At least if I need to get a cramp out of my leg or something while watching TV it won't drown it out. Still, it is noisy.
