Is it on?

I was really disappointed with this. I wish that the silicone transmitted the vibrations better. Also, it is quite annoying to have to go through all the settings to turn the bullet off.

Use

Fetish Fantasy Elite vibrating strap-on liner is best used inside a strap-on harness or a pair of panties. This is designed for female use, but I guess it could work for stimulation of the testicles as well. The Elite liner looks to be designed to nestle with the large end against the clitoris, but I find that it fits me more comfortably when the small end is against the clit. The small nubs along the length of the liner make for some delightful stimulation during movement. The bullet, when removed from the sleeve, is good for nipple or perineum stimulation.

The liner came with a silicone blindfold, a small bottle of lubricant, and a small bottle of toy cleaner. It was supposed to come with three watch batteries to run the bullet.

Material / Texture

The liner consists of a silicone sleeve and a plastic bullet. There was no smell or taste to the liner or bullet. The ridges along the length of the liner add stimulation during movement, and the silicone is flexible enough to be comfortable for long wear. The texture would work for both beginners and advanced users. I find that the silicone doesn't pick up too much fuzz.

Design / Shape / Size

The Elite liner is curved to fit perfectly between my legs and is comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. This toy is easy to hide and very good for travel. It is small and easy to conceal. I think that you could put your favourite bullet into the sleeve and it would work quite well.

I think that the silicone mask was a bad idea. The straps were too short for my head, and when I tried to put it on, it ripped out some of my hair.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrations do not spread very well through the silicone, and remain strongest at the wide end. When the bullet was removed from the silicone, I found that the bullet -even on high- was very weak. I have not been able to orgasm with this toy, maybe I have a clit of steel, but I can barely feel the vibrations through the silicone. This may be because it runs on watch batteries. It has seven vibration patterns: low, medium, high, low-to-high, pulse, fast pulse, and short-short-short-long pulse. I can hear the bullet when it is running, and inside the sleeve it is still audible. It cannot be heard through a closed door, but it can be heard under clothes. It is waterproof, and I found no leakage when running it underwater.

Care and Maintenance

The silicone liner and mask can be boiled, wiped with a 10% bleach solution, put in the dishwasher, or cleaned with the supplied toy cleaner.

The plastic bullet can be rinsed with soap and water (since it is waterproof) or cleaned with toy cleaner.

Silicone should not be stored together, so keep the mask and liner in separate plastic bags. Silicone should be used with water-based lubricant only.

The plastic bullet can be tossed into any old drawer.

Personal comments

I prefer strong vibrations in my toys, so this really didn't work for me. Luckily, I should be able to fit a different bullet into the sleeve.

Experience

I was so excited to try it, I forgot that it ran on three watch batteries instead of two, so I was very disappointed in the vibrations. But even with the third battery added, I am still pretty unsatisfied.

Follow-up commentary
I haven't used this much since trying it out for the review. I did try my one working bullet in it, the birthstones bullet, and I feel that the silicone really dulls the vibrations. Even though the bullet used is more powerful, I didn't feel much of a difference.

I do like the lube and toy cleaner though, so there's a plus.

Excellent review! I'm sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with it though. I would be too if the vibrations were not strong enough (I need high power as well). When you do try it with another bullet, I hope you'll update in the follow up to let us know if you like it any better : )
