...that the Iconic Pocket by Jimmyjane has more power than the LELO Mia, yet Mia is more expensive? Yeah, I thought so too.

The Iconic Pocket, Jimmyjane's interpretation of the Pocket Rocket is a one-speed waterproof clitoral vibrator whose sole purpose is to make the user orgasm quickly and effectively. True to its name, the one speed of the Iconic Pocket is very fast and strong. Its frequency is low so users that like rumbly vibrations will be very very satisfied. Given enough time, I believe that most users could orgasm from this toy. It's not Hitachi strong, but it's very very very close. And the nubs at the end of the head make the vibrations more pinpoint. However if you don't like the pinpoint vibrations (they can feel too pointy at times), the side of this toy/the head is also an effective stimulator.

This toy can be used to stimulate any area. Just be careful while applying pressure to sensitive areas since this toy is strong, and the pressure at the nubs may feel magnified.

The Iconic Pocket is made out of smooth plastic. The head of this toy is a nubbed cap with four circles. Unlike the traditional pocket rocket, this cap is not removable. However this makes the device a little bit more secure. The body of the toy is also smooth plastic where the words "Iconic Pocket" are prominently displayed in gray. There are two sets of ridges at the base of the body which should help the user grip the toy, especially in the bathtub. The base of the toy is also made out of plastic. It too has ridges which are helpful when opening the battery compartment. The words "Made in Japan" are also embossed on the toy. They do not impact the functioning of the toy.

The nubs at the top definitely add stimulation, however they might be overpowering or uncomfortable for some users. Those who are used to silicone toys might find them extra awkward because they have absolutely no give or softness. However those who need strong direct clitoral stimulation might love them for this very reason.

The Iconic Pocket is about 4 inches long with a diameter (at the head) of a little over .5". There are two distinct pieces to this toy - the head/body and the battery compartment. The battery compartment is removable so the battery can be changed. This compartment is also turned to switch the toy on. The Iconic Pocket also comes with a plastic cover to cap over the head of the toy, which protects it from dirt/contaminants.

The size was really great. It fit nicely in my hand, and I didn't have to scrunch my fingers like I would have to while using a bullet.

There is only one thing to control when using this toy - the position of the battery holder. The battery holder has a horizontal line on it that points to one of the three settings (Open, off or on). When the line is pointing to the square, the toy is switched off. When the line is pointed at the triangle on the right, which is pointing to the horizontal grid on the pocket rocket, the toy is switched on. When the line is pointed at the triangle on the left, which is pointing to the battery pack, the toy is switched off. That's it!

The Iconic Pocket is extremely easy to use. The dial is also pretty easy to turn, although those who have arthritis might have a little trouble. The vibrations are located in the tip of this toy, although they can be felt throughout the body. The vibrations in the body are a little less-strong, but they're probably still strong enough to work for most users. These "weaker" vibrations add variety to the toy. Unfortunately this toy is pretty noisy. It can still be heard underneath a blanket. You can hear the toy for yourself in the video review.

As for the waterproof claim of this toy, it definitely is. I don't have a bathtub, but I submerged this toy in a cup and it worked fine. Just make sure to turn the toy on and off when you're out of the tub as a safety precaution. It's very easy to turn the battery compartment the wrong way and you don't want the battery falling into the tub, especially since this is unsafe!

Jimmyjane recommends cleaning the Iconic Pocket after each use with mild soap and warm water. I use Softsoap. Remember to keep the battery pack closed during cleaning to prevent water from entering that area. Be extra careful when cleaning around the nubs as bacteria can get trapped. Do not boil this toy since it contains a motor. Eden Fantasys also says that you can clean plastic toys by rubbing them with Isopropyl Alcohol. Remember to dry the toy thoroughly before capping and storing.

This toy is plastic, and does not contain silicone, so you are free to use it with silicone lubricants.

The Iconic Pocket comes in a small Jimmyjane cardboard box. On the front is a description of the toy, and the Unusual Suspects Line. The name of the toy is written in a gray banner and the JIMMYJANE logo is written at the bottom. A faint outline of the toy is also present.

The back of the box has a picture of the Iconic Pocket. One side of the box tells you about the safety/materials of the toy, and the other side shows the unusual suspects kit. Inside the box is pink cardboard holder. The Iconic Pocket sits in this holder. The pink looks really pretty against the white of the toy. Jimmyjane was kind enough to include the battery inside the Iconic Pocket, so the toy is truly ready for use right out of the box. Instructions are included on the inside of the cover. Extra safety notes are also detailed along with the Limited Warranty/restrictions. The package is very nice and it can definitely be used as a storage box. I would recommend wrapping it if you're going to give it as a gift.

While I would recommend this toy to beginners for its ease of use and its relatively inexpensive price tag, I hesitate to make this my *first* recommendation to beginners since it only has one speed. I think new users should start with a toy that has a little less power, just in case they don't need the one high setting. Also, the nubs may be irritating and I wouldn't want that to turn new users away from self pleasure.

I reached orgasm with this toy very very quickly. And my orgasm was just as strong, if not stronger, than my orgasms with my more expensive LELO and Jimmyjane toys. However my "climb to the top" wasn't as smooth because the nubs did hurt when I wasn't fully warmed up. The plastic also "beat" my clitoris a little too hard at times. I did miss the silicone texture of my Gigi and Form 2 This toy works well enough to be a "five star go to" toy but I took off a star just because it doesn't have the features/variety of other higher quality toys like the Form 6. In short, this toy has earned a place in my toy collection, but it's not my absolute favorite.
