It's all in the nubs
If you can choose this as a free gift, do it. It'll definitely knock your socks off from the outside in.Published: November 7, 2011
Pros:
Nice for clitoral orgasms, good range of vibration intensities, waterproof.
Cons:
Cannot insert!
The design of the Twisted Heart creates two nubs on either side of the vibrator. This creates a unique look that's not often seen for a vibrator. The material is easy to clean. There was a slight smell to it when first opening the packaging, but it dissipated quickly in my experience.
My favorite part of the toy has to be the two nubs. Something about these nubs reminds me of when a tongue is tightened to a pointed tip, and I find that aspect really hot. As a result, it's very nice for using the nubs on the clit. The shape of the nub is good at hugging it and vibrating against it. I had read on another review that up to an inch could be inserted vaginally comfortably, but, for me, I couldn't see how. So if you're a little on the tight side---don't try that at home, kids. The head is very girthy, and the nubs after the first inch would only make it harder to insert.
However, it is a very nice toy for external use, even on the low setting. It has a nice range of intensities. The max setting is really strong, but even the low setting is at a nice, effective intensity. You may not want to put it on the max setting, or at least not for long, unless you're looking for a very quick way of getting off.
The noise also increases with vibration intensity. So, if you keep it on the lower side, the noise isn't an issue. It may still not be an issue at max, but there is definitely a big difference in noise level from low to max. Definitely effective at clitoral orgasms. But if you're looking for more than that, you may want to pass on this one.

I had two of these that I hadn't used before and I got around to opening one and there was some damage to the toy. It looked partially melted coming straight out of the box as if someone had poured silicon lube on a side of it. So I went to open the other one I had and the same thing was happening to the other. My sub had one of these too and his was affected with the same thing. Could this have possible been a bad batch [we got them from when they were giving them out as free gifts with any order] Has anyone else had this problem with this toy?

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I have heard of a lot of people having issues with this toy.

Using unconventionally designed toys.

I appreciate being creative as much as any other toy user, but sometimes I just want unusual products to come with suggestions in the style of airplane emergency cards. Just a nice visual rundown of possible uses and positions. I have some graphic design skills, maybe that's my calling?

Some toys do; it really depends on the toy. I know The Cone did have some illustrations with it - as did the Joya toys. Some don't, though, but reviews are usually pretty good at talking about how they used it, and you can usually get some good ideas from those!

Good thought! I remember loving the little suggested use icons when I first got my Cone.

Has anyone tried inserting it? it is kind of huge.

Thank you for viewing Twisted hearts seduction – discreet vibrator review page!

This looks cute. I'll be adding it my wish list. Thanks for the review!!
welcome to eden, thanks for sharing.
Did you get this as a free gift? I ordered mine as a free gift today and I sure hope that it works!
I just ordered this as a free gift, and am excited to get it.
Could you tell me more about the material?
Welcome to the community. I reviewed this when it first came here to EF, and I agree with you, if you're tight there's no way that sucker can be inserted.
inserting this one sounds painful...
Thanks, everyone.
@LinToxic: Yes, this came as a free gift with my Freestyle G, which I also reviewed.
@unfulfulled: I am very glad that I wasn't the only one boggled by the very idea of inserting it.
@SMichelle: The material has a little give to it. The wide top is particularly squishy, but the nubs are also flexible enough to wiggle and wag some. I hope this answers your question.
Thanks for the review. I just got mine the other day and there is NO way I want to even try inserting that! Lol.
I was fairly surprised that: a) someone even tried, and b) they managed to get an inch in "comfortably."
