Vivid's swirl marble vibrator - traditional vibrator by Doc Johnson - review by JJhay

I will start off saying that this vibrator is very pretty to look at. All the swirls and color almost makes me want to put it up on a shelf somewhere. We got the coral color and it arrived in clear packaging and is wonderful to look at. But all of this is beside the point, I would say that this toy is average at best from my experience. However, for its low price average is pretty good.

The vibration setting did not seem to work for me and my girlfriend. We turned the dial and found that there was little variation between the absolute lowest setting and the highest. You could hear a change in frequency but felt no changes in actual speed. The dial left us wanting some sort of clicking sound to indicate actual changing of speeds. The vibrations themselves were low intensity and I would describe it as almost weak.

As for using the toy vaginally, it is a pretty good size. I can hold it comfortably, is about the length of my hand and isn't too wide. Unfortunately, there is literally no texture and this leads to a less than satisfactory experience. We could hardly notice the actual vibrations when inserted and this coupled with the lack of texture leads me to suggest not using it vaginally. The material it's made out of becomes slick when wet and makes turning the dial when in action difficult to say the least. It may just work better for external stimulation rather than internal.

Some plus sides are that it is extremely easy to clean with soap and warm water. Also, it looks very nonthreatening with its swirls and simple shape. Is uses one AA battery and seems not to drain the power too much. All in all we would say that if you already have some reliable vibrators on hand, then you should probably pass on this one.
