The Duo Obsessions Lavish by Evolved is meant for the G-spot. And while it does do a nice job of G-spot stimulation, I actually found I liked it better for clitoral stimulation, both alone and during intercourse. This is a very girthy toy, so internal use may not be right for everyone. But anyone can use this, and should enjoy it, externally.

This vibrator is also waterproof, which means fun in the tub...or hot tub...or shower...or where ever your heart desires.

This vibe is made of body safe ABS plastic. But it feels extremely similar to a silicone covered vibrator. It has that wonderful velvety texture that I love. The only drawback to this type of texture is that you definitely need some type of lubrication for internal use. I prefer no lube for external use but that's because I like the tug from the texture. Under the velvet coating is hard plastic, making this a very firm toy. Also, I think due to the dual motors, it is a bit heavy for a vibrator.

The control section is also made of the velvety plastic, making this vibe very easy to hold onto. It is located at the bottom of the vibrator and is separated from the top section by a plastic silver band.

This vibrator is 7 1/2 inches long, with 5 of those being insertable. It's girth is 1 1/2 inches diameter. At first I thought that was incorrect because of how girthy it feels. But I measured it, and sure enough, it was correct. I'm thinking maybe it is a combination of the angle of the g-spot end and the texture and firmness of the toy that makes it feel much larger. Speaking of the g-spot angle, it is almost 90 degrees. So basically what that means, is that this toy is not easy to insert. I can handle a pretty large toy, and even I need to be warmed up before I can take on this one. And I have to almost hook it in past my pelvic bone. But once in there, I have no problems and truly enjoy the size and angle of this vibe. It also has a couple of other bulges that look like waves. But I couldn't really feel them very much.

One great thing about this vibrator is that it has two motors. The first one is located in the tip and the second is about half way down the shaft. They are both powerful motors and the vibrations are quite deep and thrummy. Actually the vibrations from this are so strong that when inserted, I can feel them externally. But even with all this power, it is a very quiet vibrator. It has a low hum that probably could be heard if someone was in the same room as you, but you wouldn't need to close the door if they were in another room.

The controls on this vibrator are located at the front of the bottom section. There is a dedicated on/off button that gets both of the motors running. Above that are two buttons, one for each motor. Each button has three settings of low, medium and high. Which means there are 9 possible combinations in all. I know that Evolved says 15, but I can only find 9. One drawback is that you can not run just one motor. What I mean by this, is that neither one can be shut off while the other is running.

The 4 AAA batteries that this runs on are inserted into a removable battery pack and then into the base, which screws off. I love battery packs because they make it extremely easy to put in and take out the batteries. They also make it very easy to store the toy without batteries in it. And yet you just pop them back in when you're ready to use it. I have to admit, I don't do this with toys that make battery insertion difficult. There's nothing worse than needing a certain vibe right away and having to stop everything to get the batteries in. So I love when companies think ahead and make my life easier.

Since it's made of ABS plastic, any type of lube will work with it.

Also cleaning is very easy, just wash with soap and water. It cannot be sterilized though. So if you're going to share this toy, you'll probably want to use a condom.

I love Evolved's packaging! The first time I ever bought one of their toys, it was because of the packaging. The Duo Obsessions Lavish comes in a light lavender tin with a pretty floral design all over it. The separate lid is hard see through plastic with the same floral design on it. It's just such so pretty and feminine and perfect for storage.

When I first tried the Duo Obsessions Lavish vibrator, I was less than wowed. I wasn't particularly warmed up, which made it a bit difficult to insert at first. So I decided to see what this toy could do externally. And I found it could do quite a lot. First it is a wonderful clitoral stimulator, especially if you like deep vibrations. But I found something I liked even better. I held it downward, so that the G-spot curve nuzzles up against the outer areas of my vagina, and the shaft presses up against everything from the vagina to the top of he clit. By doing this, I really didn't need a lot of movement and it took very little time for me to have an extremely strong, long lasting orgasm. It was like nothing I had ever experienced with a toy before.

Since then I have been able to use it internally, and it is very nice. But I still need to warm up to handle it.

Another thing I found I really liked is when I held it lengthwise, like I had the first time, during intercourse. I not only had an amazing orgasm quicker than I usually do, but the base rubbed up against my husbands penis and gave him one as well. Of course we were only able to do this while in the doggy style position. This would not work with us being face to face.

Well after that last session with hubby, I was hooked. I even told him that I was originally going to give this toy 4 stars. But now it gets 5! This vibe has a permanent place in my toybox.
