This gorgeous little toy is meant to be used as a kegel exerciser. When fully inserted into the vagina, it responds to the amount of pressure you exert with your muscles - either slowing down or ramping up, depending on how hard you squeeze. Now, far from offering only one sort of vibration speed or pattern, the Leila offers straight vibration, pulsating vibrations, escalating vibrations, AND rollercoastering vibrations!

This toy is perfect for stimulating almost any erogenous zone, including the clitoris, nipples, penis, scrotum or taint. What it is not good for is anal insertion. Even with its nifty retrieval cord, it simply isn't built to be used inside the rectum.

Built for the female body, Leila provides an astounding and pleasurable way to "clock" how powerfully your PC muscles are working while you perform your kegels.

The Leila is composed of the highest grade of silicone. There is no appreciable smell or taste, and the toy feels pleasant to touch. The toy is completely rigid and is shaped like an egg. It has a matte finish that slicks up wonderfully with just a touch of lube. The texture doesn't really add much to the toy, but it doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the toy, either. The matte finish can be great if you like clitoral toys that have a bit of drag, before popping it inside the vagina for a quick exercise routine.

I would say the texture of this toy is good for all users, regardless of their knowledge or experience with toy usage. Since stimulation is only a side benefit of this toy, any female bodied user will appreciate the extra stimulation during some pretty basic, and frankly boring, exercises!

Leila is designed to give the user real feedback about how hard the PC muscles are working during kegel exercises. The harder you squeeze, the deeper and more rumbly the toy thumps. The change is subtle, but easily felt when the toy is inserted. The various strengths and patterns give each user a way to customize the exercise to suit their own pleasure levels. The design is spot on for what the Leila promises.

The Leila is shaped like an elongated egg, making it easy to insert with just a touch of lube. It measures 3 inches long and 4 inches around, with a 3 inch cord attached firmly to the base of the egg. This makes it easy to retrieve after use, and small enough to challenge pretty darn near everyone. It is not at all suitable for anal kegel exercise, since there is nothing to stop the toy from being sucked into the body beyond the retrieval cord. The cord doesn't seem to me to be strong enough to stay attached against the kind of pressure the anal muscles can exert. The cord is perfectly adequate for vaginal retrieval, however.

This is a very discreet toy, and it can be stored pretty near anywhere. I store mine in the pouch provided, but a bedside table, sock drawer, or other small box will work just as well. Travel should be no issue, as the toy is so small and innocuous looking that it shouldn't raise too many eyebrows.

Leila charged easily in about two hours, and the charge has yet to run out after 4 hours of use. The charging port is a silicone insert, making the toy splash proof, but it's meant to be fully inserted into the vagina so I am confident the toy is actually waterproof.

The vibrations offered by Leila are off the charts for strength and vibration quality. The vibrations are concentrated in the tip of the toy, but travel throughout the egg easily. When the vaginal muscles are wrapped around the toy, the vibrations almost feel like they are vibrating the hair on your head! They can be a bit numbing for clits, but if you like that sort of thing it's pretty amazing.

The controls are two soft buttons, labeled A and B, near the base of the toy. They are easy to use, but will not be pressed during use, so if you want to change the speed or function you must remove the toy and press the button. Press the A button and hold until the red led light begins blinking. Then press the B button to select the vibration function. There is no way to change the initial speed, which is very vigorous, but pressing the B button will change the function easily. The functions begin with straight vibration, then move to pulsations of various lengths, and then you arrive at escalation type vibrations.

In use, the toy does change depth of vibration when the toy is firmly squeezed, and the feeling is indescribable. The toy continues to blink red until you press the A button and hold. To unlock, do the same thing.

The toy isn't terribly noisy, but it's going to be heard by anyone in the room with you. It cannot be heard outside a closed door, but it was heard when inserted, so I wasn't comfortable about wearing it outside the house.

This is a silicone toy, making it nonporous, hypoallergenic, latex free, phthalates free. It's made of food quality materials. Spot test your silicone lube if that's your preferred type; as always, water based lube is perfectly acceptable. You will need a few drops, as the toy has a matte finish and can be a bit difficult to insert without lube.

I store the toy in the pouch provided, but the box is a perfect solution if space isn't an issue for you. The box could be a great place to store other small toys, chargers, or other small items.


Hot water and soap is all you need to clean this toy fully, but it can be cleaned with a commercial toy cleaner or a 10% bleach and water spritz. It's ok to share, but should be cleaned between players.

The toy is securely packaged in a heavy cardboard box, with a medium weight cutout form to protect the toy. It also comes with a lovely black silky pouch, big enough to store the toy and charger in. The bag is big enough to store the adapter plug I bought as well.

This little egg was able to help me achieve orgasm in several ways. I was able to use it as a clitoral stimulator, and it reached my G-spot amazingly well to grant me a pretty shattering orgasm, once I got the hang of how to use the toy. It took twice for me to key in on what sort of pressure was needed to fully work the muscles and get the most out of the toy. I'd say that's a pretty great learning curve.

It also enhances a blow job, or even a manual massage if it is smaller muscles that are aching. Headaches and neck strain can be soothed by the vibrations of the toy as well.
