The Screaming O Studio Collection Vibrating Lipstick is a chic, discreet, and super powerful addition to any girl's or couple's toy box. Its soft, flexible silicone tip is perfect for pinpoint vibrations and are best used to stimulate the clitoris or the opening of the vagina. Because the silicone tip is only 1 3/4" long, it is not necessarily meant for insertion. However, it can be used to stimulate any area below the belt. It's even strong enough to get those nipples hard and perky! This Lipstick Vibe is great for solo play or foreplay, and it is small enough to carry around for those spur of the moment sexcapades. For such a small and discreet vibe, its vibrations are surprisingly and delightfully strong. It is perfect for those Vibration Queens out there, but it may be a little too strong for those with sensitive clits like myself.

The Screaming O Studio Collection Vibrating Lipstick is made of both plastic and silicone. The soft and flexible tip is made of silicone, while the "lipstick case" is made of hard shiny plastic. The silicone tip is not as matte as other silicone toys I have, but it is just as smooth and easy to glide over the clit as it is soft and flexible to the touch. Because of how strong the vibrations are, I believe any type of texture on the tip would have been too stimulating and even painful to use on the clit. The smooth silicone is perfect for both beginners and advanced users alike. Cold at first to the touch, both the plastic and silicone will warm up to your body temperature especially since you will most likely be holding it in your hand. As mentioned, this Lipstick Vibe is not meant for insertion. Pushing it further in your vagina past the silicone tip may be difficult and even painful considering the base is hard plastic and has distinct shape changes (just like a normal lipstick tube).

The material does have a slight factory smell to it, especially the plastic part. I always find silicone has a slight smell. Regardless, neither the plastic nor the silicone smell detracts from its use.

Again, The Screaming O Studio Collection Vibrating Lipstick is very chic and discreet. It legit looks like an actual lipstick! Apart from the "Studio Collection" and "Screaming O" label that is printed onto the plastic and the power symbol on the bottom to control the vibrations, that is. Someone rummaging through your purse would not look twice at this lipstick laying about. This is my first non-traditional looking vibe, and I think it is absolutely adorable. It is definitely easy to hide amongst your living space and does not necessarily need its own storage compartment. Throwing it into a draw or cosmetic case would suffice. It is definitely discreet and suitable for travel. The only way someone would know it was not an actual lipstick is if they knew the "Studio Collection" and "Screaming O" brand label, or if they took off the lid.

The soft, flexible silicone tip is slanted, great for pressing into the clit for pinpoint vibrations and stimulation. This Lipstick Vibe is not as small as your average cosmetic lipstick, which makes it easier to hold for longer periods of time. Again, it's not meant for insertion. Those users who are looking for more stimulation may not be satisfied with this little vibe. Because it is so small and strong, it may be perfect to use in conjunction with another toy, like a traditional vibrator or dildo. This is great for both solo and partner play.

When I first opened the package and took the vibe out, I immediately wanted to see what it would look like with the lid on, as it wasn't. Obviously I wanted to know if it would look like a real lipstick, which it does. One con I have found is that the lid is extremely difficult to place on and over the lipstick part. When I did push the lid on, I couldn't get it back off! When I did eventually pull it off, part of the plastic case came off with it. I fixed this, but needless to say, the lid will be staying off indefinitely.

The power button to control the vibrations is located at the very bottom of the lipstick case. There are four different functions: low, medium, high, and a "Multi-Pulse Tease Mode". Just press the button to get to each function, and cycle through all four to turn off. This can be annoying at times when you need a quick power off. I was amazed at how strong the vibrations were! I have a very sensitive clit, and by the end of our first session, I found that the vibrations were TOO strong for me. It was like my clit was numb. I could hardly feel my man's tongue down there. The lowest vibration was perfect as he used it to stimulate my clit and explore the surrounding area. The medium and high were too much, and we didn't even stay on them. The pulsating function was very fun and perfect for pinpoint stimulation for my clit. The vibrations can be felt throughout the entire lipstick but are focused on the tip. The plastic case of the lipstick does vibrate though. This is probably because it is plastic and hard and does not absorb the vibrations. This could make it uncomfortable to hold for extended periods of time.

We think it is too loud to use in a shared apartment/house and especially a shared room. I am not sure how well covers or clothes actually drown out the vibrating noise.

This Lipstick vibe is also waterproof because of its tight battery compartment. So it's great for bath and shower time fun.

It does take three AG-13 batteries (watch batteries), which is meant to last 80+ hours according to the packaging. It came with three already in the vibe and three extras. This was nice of Screaming O to include extra batteries!

This Lipstick Vibe is very easy to care for and clean. Because of its silicone tip, please avoid silicone based lubes as it may cause damage. To clean, use hot water and soap or a toy-cleaner/wipes. It is very easy. Because of the plastic, you cannot boil as you would other pure silicone toys.

I store my Lipstick Vibe in its original packaging, as per the problem I had with the lid! Others whose lids don't act like mine did can store their "lipstick" anywhere they please! It is just so darn discreet!

The vibe itself is visible through the plastic packaging (with the lid removed). Even though it may look like an actual lipstick, the packaging makes clear that it's not. The front panel shows the vibe itself with the titles "The Screaming O", "Studio Collection", "Chic & Discreet Lipstick Vibe", and "Your secret Multi-Function Vibrator Discreetly Disguised as a Lipstick with Sensation-Focusing Flex-Tip". The front panel spills all your secrets by announcing what is really behind the disguise.

The back panel is somewhat informative: "Come in Style (WORD PUN WINS EXTRA POINTS WITH ME) with The Screaming O Studio Collection Lipstick Vibe, a chic and discreet super-powered, multi-function vibrator featuring a sensation focusing silicone Flex-Tip. I thought the word "sexcessory" was very cute and creative.
Also, my man and I had a laugh at one warning on the back panel: "This is not intended to be used as cosmetics."
The packaging is very thin, so the side panels only say "Studio Collection."
Inside, a clear plastic tray slides out. This tray holds the lipstick vibe, its lid, and three replacement batteries. Whenever I pull it out, the batteries fall out of their places. This is a little annoying, but nothing to fret over.

Because of my sensitive clit, I did find this Lipstick Vibe a little overpowering. Even though it won't be my go-to toy for solo play, or even partner play, it was fun and definitely blows other low powered discreet vibes out of the water.
