I'm a sucker for a vibrator with well defined ripples and ridges. The Lucid Dream #28 delivers not only three very pleasing ridges but is, as the advertisement says, nearly silent.
For me,
Lucid dream no. 28 works like a superstar. The thick jelly material absorbs the sound of the bullet. In exchange for the silence, the vibrations begin to dampen at the bottom of the second ridge. Still, the vibrations at the topmost portion of the vibe are just as strong as those in any other
traditional style vibrator. With the added flexibility of the jelly material, using this vibrator in tandem with a
butt plug of moderate size is like hitting your g-spot with a nuclear device.
One of my largest concerns with any
dial-bottom vibe, particularly the waterproof variety, is the gripability of the base. I was pleased that the dial on the bottom of the Lucid Dream #28 was large and had ridges deep enough to withstand anything that might drizzle down the vibe. I found the ridges of the vibe worked well to corral my cum. During the trial with the
butt plug, the deep ridges on the dial were the only thing I could count on for gripping power.
I was also pleased to note that #28 didn't suck the life out of my batteries or overheat during use. And, after multiple uses in the shower, I can safely say that this product is, in fact, waterproof. The ridges, while pronounced, are curved enough to allow easy cleaning. I ran into a bit of difficulty cleaning cum out of the ridges of the dial though. I suggest using an old toothbrush and
some toy cleaner.
Overall, the Lucid Dream #28 is a fantastic vibrator. It's not particularly flashy, but it is a sizeable vibrator. That, combined with its rippled design, makes for a wonderful experience. It is nearly silent, doesn't burn batteries, and doesn't overheat. If the vibrations reached throughout the entire vibe, it would be perfect.
