Lucid dream no. 48 by Doc Johnson

To begin, this rabbit vibe had a rather strong smell from the jelly material. For the most part, the smell went away after scrubbing the vibe thoroughly before use. This also brings up the fact that this vibe is completely waterproof, which makes it much easier to wash and take care of without worry (though it is jelly, so it will pick up random fluff and stuff). Overall, the construction of the vibe seems solid and well put-together. The battery compartment is easy to figure out and includes a battery cradle that made the whole process of inserting the batteries much easier than is typical for most toys; they also seemed to last quite a bit longer than most, standing up to over an hour of use, without seeming to weaken, unlike many others vibrators.

The controls were easy and difficult to use at the same time. There were separate controls for the vibration and for the rotation, each with three intensity settings. The vibration controlled both the shaft and the clitoral stimulator, while the rotation affected the shaft alone. There was also a button to change the rotation of the shaft. The difficulty in using these controls was from the buttons. The five buttons were all the same size and shape and were not well raised, making them somewhat hard to find when your concentration is, well... elsewhere.

Now for performance: With the different speeds and rotation, it sure felt nice. But nice was about all it felt. I found it to be relaxing and stimulating, however, it was nowhere near getting an orgasm out of me. The shaft's vibrator is near the tip, which, again, feels nice, but is not where my g-spot is located, so the vibrations, for me, were mostly wasted on the shaft. It also seemed like I had to exert considerable pressure on the vibe in order for the clitoral stimulator to feel comfortable; it was not great during thrusting, nor was it stimulating unless I was holding it steady in the perfect spot. So, while I will probably play with the Lucid Dream No. 48 again, it most likely will not be for great orgasms...
