The Lucid Dreams No. 9|Lucid dream no. 9 - G-spot vibrator by Doc Johnson vibrator by Doc Johnson is beautifully pleasurable.

This is the first Doc Johnson product I have had the pleasure of trying. At under 30 dollars, the quality is great. The packaging definitely caught my eye first though. The box is made of clear plastic with bohemian style swirls and designs in modern muted colors. It was too pretty to consider tossing in the trash right away. The playful descriptions adorning the box also caught my attention and sent me quickly off to my bedroom to check out my new toy.

This vibrator is made from a jelly material, aka PVC. The pictures on the site made it appear hard and slick, almost like plastic. In fact, it is pliable and smooth. I have purchased toys made of this material in the past and found that it breaks down easily and is best used with a condom and water based lube. Unfortunately, it does have a strong chemical smell, but it tends to fade over time with use and washing.

I installed two AA batteries and headed to bed with my new toy. The vibration is concentrated near the tip of the shaft, which is perfect for clitoral and g-spot stimulation. It has a wide range of intensity, which surprised me. The vibration mechanism is in fact very quiet, as Doc Johnson boasts, so that was excellent.

Doc Johnson also boasts a waterproof feature. This toy, just like the last I received, has a long set of threads on the battery compartment topped by a rubber O-ring. I do not consider that waterproof and would not be taking my new turquoise friend deep sea diving; however, a romp in the sprinkler would be safe in my opinion.

I found this toy to be very pleasurable, however, not exactly lucid. It was not the stuff dreams are made of, but it was good for an afternoon of fun. The g-spot feature did not deliver as well as I had hoped. It is a bit too flexible to firmly stimulate the right spot for me.

However, the wavy bumps on the shaft are excellent if you use them against your clit. That is where the flexibility of the shaft is definitely a plus. Feeling those waves rub over and over against my clit did send me over the edge. I definitely enjoyed the vibrations internally and externally. The toy was easy to clean and looks oh so pretty packed back into that beautiful box awaiting its next romp in bed with me. There will be more afternoons of fun for the two of us.

Overall, I give the Over Lucid Dreams No. 9 vibrator four out of five stars.
Follow-up commentary
Well, after repeated use, I have grown to dislike this toy. The motor has become quite loud. The flexibility of the material has also increased and is not pleasurable to me. Overall, this product does not stand up over time and use.

Great review!  Very informative without sounding embellished...I may give it a try.

If the material is getting a little bit more flexible it probably means that it's breaking down. Jelly has a very short life span.. it's a cheap, cheap material, that's why condoms are a must. I hate the Lucid Dreams line for the fact that their toys just seem cheap.
