Mimi has become a wing woman in my sheets, delivering quiet and efficient vibrations to every sensory area of my body.

This little number maybe not be a whopping five bees, but delivers in versatility and simplicity that I've come to love. Easy to operate and care for, it's a luxury toy that doesn't come with much responsibility in terms of cleaning, storage, or even reason to keep it out of sight from others.

Possible uses for Mimi could be pretty endless, if you set your mind to it. Traveling is not a problem due to the travel friendly size, nor is taking your toy for a dip in the bathtub or shower with you. The vibrations produced are strong enough to ease knots out of a sore back if needed, therefore, this allows Mimi a lot of diversity and uses that could suit just about anyone.

This is by far the smoothest Silicone I've ever encountered. The material feels polished to perfection, velvety and nice to touch. It has very little cling or drag, but the material is matte enough not to be a slip and slide if you're a little wetter downstairs than most.

There's no scent to the silicone, no funny residues to be found, just sheer quality from Je Joue. If anything, it smells clean, new, and like a sex toy begging to be used. Silicone is of course, the safe material of all materials and is latex free, non-porous, and contains no phthalates - but for the love of your Mimi, don't use a silicone based lube!

Thank goodness for non porous toys that give us the safety we deserve from all of our sex toys. No harmful bacteria will grow inside, and it's safe to share with a partner if you so choose.

What a small little delight! It fits into the palm of your hand and rounded with no sharp edges, it'd be hard to go wrong and nab or jab the wrong places with this toy. That factor alone makes it great for a beginner to vibrators or eggs, along with the fact that the silicone material is safe and doesn't have all that much texture.

The color choices are really classy and discreet; you've got a onyx, matte black, a deep purple, light pink, and a deeper pink. I prefer the signature purple, but it was sold out and I got the black instead. Both are really nice color choices and look like they could be a small body massager.



A lot of people who receive the product are really shocked by how small it is, but I think it really fits the bill in being just right.

Another great thing is that it is easily hidden, if you feel it necessary. Because it's so lightweight, it's also easy to move around and carry with you as you please. You can stick it in your luggage or purse if you're going out, your back pocket or a clutch. It's an egg that's ready to go when you are.

Mimi's a shy girl and warms up to most with the click of + and - buttons on the base. There are five separate escalations to the full capacity of vibrations, and then the toy switches to pulsations and patterns past that point.

The patterns and pulsations range between a roller coaster type setting, a pulse pattern, and standard vibrations.

The buttons at the base have been said to be a little hard to push, though I appreciate that aspect when traveling due to vibrators that easily turn on in luggage and create problematic situations. When you've got your toy purring, you simply hold the - button for around two seconds to shut it off, and the + button for two seconds to turn it back on. This simplicity is what makes it a great toy for advanced users and beginners, as well.



Charging the Mimi is just as simple. It comes with a color specific charging cord that plugs into the wall and magnetically clips onto the buttons at the base. You'll know when you've attached it appropriately, because an orange light will flash while the toy is charging and will just stay on when it is completely done and ready to use. It'll take 2-3 hours to charge, lasts a little more than that time, though I've been very careful not to overcharge the toy. Some toys when overcharged begin to lose their ability to hold a charge over time, so be careful with most of your rechargeable toys when it comes to that.

I expected a silent toy and didn't get one, but that doesn't mean this product isn't quiet. When it comes to using it on the highest vibration setting, of course you're going to have quite a louder hum than the lowest, but the highest setting is by no means a loud setting. This toy wouldn't be heard behind a closed door, especially under your covers or with a shower going.

This is probably one of the easiest to care for toys than I own, even over some of my wands. Since it's waterproof, you can dunk it, splash it, clean it however you choose. Due to it being silicone, it's already ruled out as a bacteria breeding ground and you can use soap and water, or toy cleaner between uses or if you're sharing your toy.

Silicone has been known to pick up the little bits of dirt and dust most of us have laying around, but that's nothing a quick wipe or run under the faucet can't fix. You simply can't use a silicone based lube, as it'll start to wear at the silicone material of the toy, but other than that, this toy requires little to no maintenance and would be suitable for someone who is looking for a toy that isn't a lot of responsibility to maintain.

It's simple to keep your Mimi clean if you just use the box provided, which is really nice! The flip lid keeps particles and dust out and away from your toy and can fit at the top of your closet, under your bed, or anywhere you choose.

I felt like I had bought myself a Christmas gift when this came to me in the mail and I opened it. You'll find a black box with a ribbon tied into a nice bow, which you untie and tie to keep the box closed or to open it. The top says "Je Joue" in silver lettering, and when you open the lid, you'll find an instruction manual about your Mimi along with the toy itself.

A black loop pull lifts up the area underneath the toy where your charger is stored, and the box itself is very roomy and accommodating for using it for storage. It's a medium sized unit, so it won't be bulky to put wherever you'd like to store your toy.

I keep my toy nestled between two pillows on my bed because I use it pretty often and I find that I never get used to how smooth the material is. It was my first luxury toy, and I found it be a little pricey for what it is, but Je Joue delivers with packaging and information on the toy, as well as a warranty and performance overall.
