I ordered this because I love koalas and, moreover, I love clitoral stimulation; but the koala shape made the stimulation too broad and weak for me, where I prefer a pinpoint stimulation. Removing the sleeve made the vibrations stronger and more pleasing. If you love cute toys and don't need extra strong clitoral stimulation, this is a great toy for you.
