This little bullet...private, indeed....has a variety of uses that can introduce a beginner to the wonderful world of discreet clitoral vibrators (and some of the fun adventures you can have), or serve as a discreet, travel-friendly option to the more advanced. This little bugger is quiet, has decent vibrations, and is waterproof. It can be taken on vacation, used in roommate living situations, and even taken into the shower.

While the vibrations might be able to get those who are sensitive to vibrations off....it probably won't get everyone off (myself included). I wouldn't discount the power of this toy, though. I'm just used to more powerful vibrations. Still, if you're one of those people, this bullet could still be used for couples to "warm up" before they get down to the nitty gritty!!

My Private "O" has a plastic body with TPR designs on the sides. The body is rigid and has a slight drag to it, but it doesn't make the vibe uncomfortable. The TPR adds a little bit of cushion to the spots where I hold the toy. Right out of the package, like most plastic toys I've tried, My Private "O" has a light plastic-y odor. This went away after a few washes.

This toy is rather small, 3.5 inches long and 2.5 inches around. Because this vibe is so small, it is great to travel with and hide. In fact, I was able to take it with me when I stayed at my parents' house. It has a 2.5 inch insertable length, but inserting the toy didn't do anything for me. The size makes it extremely UN-intimidating, especially for beginners.

The design and shape were actually more functional than I expected. The body of the toy pinches in about an inch below the tip and has TPR circles on either side of this dip. I found that these circles acted as finger grips. I could grasp the toy almost like a pencil, with my thumb on the push-button. This made the vibrator a lot easier to maneuver!

The functions of this bullet may be convenient for some and lacking for others. It is only one-speed, activated by a push-button at the base. It is extremely easy to figure out and get right down to business, which I know some people like. The vibrations are most concentrated at the tip, offering pin-point stimulation, which seems to be a hard-to-find feature. I know others might want a little more from it, like multiple speeds or stronger vibrations. The vibrations are moderately strong, but probably not strong enough for those who have used toys known for their strong vibrations. The vibrations (as with other battery-operated toys) get less strong as the batteries run down.

The toy is not very noisy and while it can be heard from under the covers, you can't hear it from behind a closed door. My Private "O" is waterproof. While I don't use toys in the shower/bath (because of roommate/shared bathroom situation), I filled up my sink with water and played with the toy to see how it performed. The battery compartment is completely airtight; I submerged the bullet in water to test this. The vibrations are about the same in water as out of water.

You should wash this toy before and after each use. Wash with a mild soap or toy cleaner and warm water. If you want, you can wipe down the plastic with an alcohol swab. Store with the batteries taken out to make them last longer and separate from other toys. I store my bullets in a lipstick caddy....and it has a little tray in front of it where I put my batteries!!!

Regarding lubes, use a water-based or silicone lube (if needed; I personally didn't).

While this was a great beginner and discreet vibe for beginners and couples for foreplay, it just didn't get me there. That's why I gave it 3 stars. On a grading scale, I would give it a C....which is average! It wasn't a complete fail or particularly impressive.

After an annoying miscommunication with the USPS man, I finally got my package containing My Private "O". Luckily, my roommates were all gone, so I could try it out right away. It was easy enough to open the package and figure out how to get the bullet open (didn't even have to read the directions). Twirling My Private "O" in my fingers, I discovered my fingers rested perfecting in the TPR "O"s. Pushing the button to activate the one-speed, I went to work. It definitely got me aroused....but I knew there was no way it was going to get me to have a big "O." I'd say this is more of "Mmm" than an "O," because while it got me aroused and felt fantastic, it left me wanting more--in a "I just need to hump something" mood.
