The metal bullet keeps heat very well. After I am done with it, I hold it in my hand and feel the heat from it and myself. The heat feels good on my nipples afterward. Cleaning afterward is somewhat easy. I usually just clean it with a bit of soap and water and that does the trick even though I am reluctant to do it; I am paranoid that I might get it too wet. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this!
