Nice Basic WandThis is a great vibrator for those who like a powerful, high-frequency buzz. However, it has no options for different cycles of vibration. I found it to be more effective for G-spot stimulation than clitoral.
Waterproof, great for G-spot stimulation, strong motor.
Vibration too high-frequency for some.
The My Mini-Miracle massager wand is a waterproof external-style stimulator. I've never owned a wand type vibrator before, so I was excited to give this one a try. Plus, it's waterproof; I have yet to find a decent waterproof vibrator so I hoped this one would cure that problem. My Mini-Miracle comes two versions: battery operated and electric. I wavered at first and almost got the electric, because I like a strong vibration and battery-operated toys often leave me disappointed. But, the battery wand won out, due to it being waterproof. Overall, I found this toy to be lacking as a vibrator, but fantastic for internal stimulation. It would probably be an all-around great toy for a lot of people, but the type of vibration just didn't suit me.
The Mini-miracle is made of plastic and PVC. I didn't notice any smell when I took it out of the box, unlike the scoop attachment, which was packaged separately. The base is smooth, while the head is a textured, softer PVC.
The overall design of the Mini-miracle is mostly pleasing. It has a nice weight without being too heavy, and the shape of the base is fairly ergonomic, allowing extended use without causing hand cramps. The head is attached to the base by a bendable neck that is a bit too flexible, in my opinion. The head itself is a good size and shape. It does not appear to have any openings or spaces where water may seep in, except in the base where you insert the batteries. It has a standard twist-off cap where you drop in two AA's, and I was concerned about the seal, because it did not seem to be particularly waterproof at that end. But, I twisted it on tight and it didn't seem to allow any water in. This toy is portable but it's not tiny by any means, so I would only travel with it if I knew no one would be sifting through my bags.
My one major complaint about this toy is the controls. The vibration is a very high frequency buzz that is powerful but sort of numbing. While you can change the power of the buzz, you cannot change the frequency and the cycle remains constant. This toy would have been vastly improved if the manufacturer had built in some other options, like roller-coaster or something similar. The buzz is adjusted at the base by a cheap, standard dial. I personally like a powerful vibrator, so I had high hopes for it once I got a look at the buzz. But, after a few minutes I was just kind of numb. The head is also a bit too flexible, failing to provide the kind of pressure I needed without wrenching my wrist. Here's where it gets interesting; this toy is meant for external stimulation, but I tried it internally, and WOW. It was spectacular, easily outdoing some of my better dildos. Hit my g-spot like crazy, and with the vibration it was orgasm heaven. While I may have given up on the mini-miracle, now I'll keep it available for that purpose alone. However, while it's waterproof so I'd guess it's okay for vaginal insertion, I would not ever use it for anal insertion. It is not flanged at all, and the shape of the base would probably cause it to get lost very easily.
Because it's waterproof, this toy is easy to wash off in the sink. Soap and warm water do the trick nicely. But, it can't be boiled and I wouldn't use bleach on it, so I would recommend using a condom if you plan to share this toy.
The \Mini-Miracle Wand came in clear plastic packaging. It certainly wasn't classy, but wasn't as trashy as some sex toy packages I've seen. It's much too flimsy to be used for storage.
