Nice Idea, Poor Execution

The scoop is a good accessory for foreplay, but not if you want an orgasm. It dampens the vibrations of the wand and does not attach securely, especially when wet.

I was surprised by my experience with the My Mini-Miracle Massager Wand; I found it to be less effective for clitoral stimulation than vaginal. That was partly due to my experience with the Scoop. When I first got it out of the package, I was grossed out by the smell. It reeked of plastic and chemicals. I almost didn't want to try it at all, but it looked interesting so I decided to give it a chance. It is fairly large, made of soft, clear pink PVC, and the inside of the scoop is covered in little nubbins. The end of the scoop has a tiny flange which looked like it was meant for focused stimulation.

After I washed it (which didn't really help the smell), I fit it over the end of the wand. It appeared to be a snug fit. I turned on the wand, and immediately noticed that rather than communicating the vibrations, the scoop seemed to dampen them. I gave it a bit of a try, but was unimpressed. I figured I would try it out in the shower.

Once I got in the shower, I reattached the scoop, and realized that it was not going to stay put. The water that had gotten inside the scoop was lubricating the head, making it want to slide off. So, I took it off, dried it, and reattached it, which seemed to help.

The feel of the scoop is unimpressive. It delivers a mostly general stimulation to the entire area, far too unfocused to give any kind of powerful response. The little flange at the tip was too passive to provide the kind of focused stimulation I expected. Unfortunately, after just about 30 seconds, more water had seeped in and the vibration was pushing the scoop off of the wand. At that point, I gave up.

The Scoop could have been vastly improved by making it out of a thinner, stiffer material that better transmits vibration, and making it fit more securely over the head of the wand. Overall, it would be good for general surface stimulation if you do not expect an orgasm out of it. In that sense, it would make a good foreplay accessory.
