The vibration goes throughout the whole piece, but it is even better at the end of it. The vibration level is not too high, but I would say the highest setting is a medium sized buzz. This toy is not very noisy at all, and it is waterproof as well. Believe me, I used it many times in the shower.

This toy is very easy to store, clean and take care of. It is a waterproof vibrator so it is easy to stick it under running water and clean it with soap. All lubes work with this toy as well!

I used this toy for 2 years, and it lasted up until about a month ago. I'm so sad to see it gone.
