Not enough motion for my ocean
With an innovative new design, the Waver Pink Rabbit provides a new shaft rotation experience. Three control categories (vibration of rabbit, movement of shaft, and direction of shaft movement) allow for a variety of experiences with this toy. If you're looking for a moderately sized rabbit toy with strong vibration, this is the toy for you. If, however, you want intense shaft vibrations, you're better off looking elsewhere.Published: December 16, 2009
Pros:
Strong rabbit vibe, well sized.
Cons:
Shaft doesn't have intense enough movement, can't be sterilized
Use
Rabbit vibrators, generally speaking, are vibrators that are meant to stimulate both the inside a person's vagina and the outside, on the clitoris. The Waver Pink Rabbit uses unique new technology to provide a different type of shaft movement than other rabbit vibes. Unfortunately the new shaft technology, while innovative and interesting, wasn't all that satisfying. I simply couldn't feel the undulations dramatically enough for it to really differ from a simple vibrating shaft.
In addition, because the shaft is straight and rigid (two adjectives I hope are never used to describe me), and because the head of the toy doesn't rotate, there was no real way to hit my g-spot while using the toy unless I angled it and held it in place with some force. With that said, this toy did have some things going for it - the shaft is a really nice size, and filled me very comfortably without being too big.
The rabbit ears are fantastic, with more vibration intensity than those of a lot of comparable toys. There's also a good amount of space between the rabbit ears and the shaft, and a nice flexible neck to the rabbit, such that it was easy to position it to hit exactly where I wanted the vibration.

Material / Texture
The Waver Pink Rabbit is made of TPE, a silicone composite that is more porous than medical grade silicone but doesn't have any phthalates, which is a major plus. This particular toy doesn't have any distinct smell except for a faint rubber smell to it, which is barely noticeable unless you stick your nose to it and breathe in deeply (which I did, so I could write this review for your reading pleasure).
TPE is a soft material, with a lot of give. On this toy, that means that you can slide around the casing on the shaft and the head of the toy is very flexible. It also allows the bunny component to bend back as much as necessary to fit your particular body shape - a major plus, on a toy like this.

Design / Shape / Size
This toy involves two major components: the shaft and the rabbit ears. The shaft is meant to move around inside the user while the rabbit ears stimulate the clit directly. The shaft is actually interestingly designed (German patent pending) with a new style of movement. Rather than move laterally or have beads moving around or up and down the shaft, as other rabbit vibes do, the shaft contains 35 discs which move from side to side, providing a ripple effect that travels up and down the shaft (think: like people performing a wave, at a sports game).
Regarding size, this is a medium to large sized shaft. I found it very comfortable, especially with the TPE covering, but this is probably best enjoyed by the seasoned penetrate-ee.

Functions / Performance / Controls
The Waver Pink Rabbit comes with three sets of controls, all located on the lower part of the shaft, below the rabbit ears. The vibration panel allows you to control vibration in the bunny ears, with three options of intensity signaled by lights on the control panel. Likewise, the waving panel allows you to control intensity of shaft vibration, also with three options signaled by lights. Finally, the up/down control lets you shift the direction of the shaft waving. I couldn't tell the difference between these two options, once the toy was inside me, but it is a changeable option. All in all, that means this toy allows for 18 unique experiences!
I found the controls easy to manipulate and intuitive. I appreciated the lights on the shaft as it allowed me to see how much more or less vibration was available for any one panel.
The toy is waterproof, and performs similarly in the water.

Care and Maintenance
TPE is an interesting material, and one with which you have to take care. Because it's a silicone composite, you should never ever leave it touching a silicone toy. If they touch for a long period of time, the TPE will actually erode. I like to think that it's shying away from the intensity of medical grade silicone, but I'm pretty sure there's a simple chemical explanation. You also shouldn't use silicone based lube with TPE, since that too will erode it. When you clean it, you can use soap and warm water though, being a silicone composite and not pure silicone. TPE can't be sterilized just by popping it in boiling water. In fact, it can't be sterilized at all - your best bet, for safety's sake, is to always use condoms when using the Waver Pink Rabbit.
Packaging
The Waver Pink Rabbit comes in a simple package with a topless woman on the cover, who might be making "come hither" eyes. She might also be stretching her neck - it's hard to tell.

Good review. I must say I'm not a fan of rabbit vibes, but still a good review.
thanks. I'm not a big fan either. It's a great concept, generally speaking, but it seems like it would be a truly extraordinary toy that actually stimulated internally and externally better than could be done using two separate toys.
Very nice review!
I really like the design on this one.
Good review!
Thanks, Sammi!
I really want some traditional styles vibe that does this or gyrates. I think that would be awesome!
