Not just for women.
I would say it's one of those items where you get your bang for your buck. It's not expensive, nor is it cheap but for what it's cost it's worth exactly that. There's not much to say about it, except that its fairly good quality for it's price and works well on G/P spots.Published: November 13, 2011
Pros:
Powerful Vibrations
Nub buzzes and puts pressure on sweet spot.

Cons:
Battery cap
While this toy boasts that it's made by women, for women -- men can use this as well. I got it free from an offer simply because it looked interesting but little did I know that this was going to be a toy that I would use very often.
It is rather wide in circumference, so if you are not experienced with anal play or insertion or never have used big toys I would advise against this and start with something smaller, now for those of you whom are used to such thing it would be perfect!
The vibrations are literally earth shattering, it may be a single motor but it definitely delivers. Putting the batteries in and getting it to turn on took a little work, when it shows + and - it didn't mean those ends go IN, rather it meant that those were to face up and screwing the cap on, it has tiny text on the packaging say "screw cap tightly" you actually can over-tighten it so the battery plates don't align and it will seen as if it did not start and is broken, this is not so and I find the best way to test if you got the batteries in right is to have the item itself turned on because when you screw the cap on, it will start to vibrate so you know that you'll have it screwed on properly.
I've never used a TPR toy before, I have to say smell wise it's pretty tame and does not reek of chemicals -- in a sense it smells like a strange hand lotion. The texture is firm, yet quite soft and smooth.
Needless to say, this is one Doc Johnson product I would actually suggest to others who are looking for a powerful vibrator that can deliver intense sensations whether woman, or back-door experienced man.

Experience
As I said earlier, if you're not used to large toys anally, then do not even try this until you are more experienced. It slides in easily for me and the 'nub' is soft enough that it isn't uncomfortable to slide in as long as you are slow, careful and use plenty of lube. I find Vaseline worked best and washes off quite well and doesn't seem to damage the toy.
While many men can use most vibrators that are meant for women, I feel this can be used for men as well specifically because of the nub on it is in exactly the right area for your prostate to be located. When you press it towards your prostate, it is INTENSE! It is comfortable to sit while it is inserted and 'rock' on it so it taps against your prostate or presses harder. The vibrator will not shut off or the cap won't "pinch" your anus which I've had a pocket rocket do before.

I use this one here and there sometimes. It gets tacky from silicone lubes so those should be avoided, but it's a great product, nice amount of vibration and hits you just right.

I had two of these that I hadn't used before and I got around to opening one and there was some damage to the toy. It looked partially melted coming straight out of the box as if someone had poured silicon lube on a side of it. So I went to open the other one I had and the same thing was happening to the other. My sub had one of these too and his was affected with the same thing. Could this have possible been a bad batch [we got them from when they were giving them out as free gifts with any order] Has anyone else had this problem with this toy?

I haven't had any problems with mine, but I have heard of a lot of people having issues with this toy.

Using unconventionally designed toys.

I appreciate being creative as much as any other toy user, but sometimes I just want unusual products to come with suggestions in the style of airplane emergency cards. Just a nice visual rundown of possible uses and positions. I have some graphic design skills, maybe that's my calling?

Some toys do; it really depends on the toy. I know The Cone did have some illustrations with it - as did the Joya toys. Some don't, though, but reviews are usually pretty good at talking about how they used it, and you can usually get some good ideas from those!

Good thought! I remember loving the little suggested use icons when I first got my Cone.

Has anyone tried inserting it? it is kind of huge.

Thank you for viewing Twisted hearts seduction – vibrator review page!

I don't think you should insert this. It's very short and has no flange
Thanks for the review! I'm sorry this didn't work too well for you!
Lucidity, actually the bottom nub acts as a flange, it never went in beyond that even when I pushed it a little. I've never had the 'lost toy, need embarrassing emergency room trip" thing to happen to me, I've always been able to retrieve anything fully inserted by being smart, careful and understanding how my body works.
Awesome review!
