Vanity Vr6.5 - rabbit vibrator by Jopen - review by unfulfilled

The Jopen Vanity Vr6.5 is a small, non-rotating rabbit style vibrator that is rechargeable. It is a luxurious silicone toy with dual motors designed for the ultimate experience. According to Jopens pamphlet, it is ergonomically designed for the natural contours of a woman. My interpretation of this is that they designed their line with women in mind, but the results will vary depending on ones anatomy.

The Vanity Vr6.5 is such a versatile toy that it is a wonderful vibrator for beginners to advanced users alike. You can use the motors one at a time or together to provide your clitoris with simultaneous stimulation. You can use it to gently tease and stimulate whatever erogenous zone that you prefer. It can be used solo or during couples play. The base of the toy provides a wonderful handle to use to insert the rabbit in and out very easily.

Although it doesn't have a flared base, you could potentially use the small end anally or while flipped over to tease your anus while using the shaft vaginally.

It is 100% waterproof so you can take it in any water setting that you please such as the bath, shower, hot tub, swimming pool, or lake.

I feel this is great for all users regardless of experience level. No matter what you do, the Vr6.5 is a nice toy to experience.

The Jopen Vr6.5 is made out of silicone which is a 10 on the safety scale. Silicone is considered to be a food grade material that is durable, non-porous, hypoallergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. It also maintains-retains body heat well and can be easily sanitized. The silicone has some to drag to it, but that can be easily fixed with some lubricant. The silicone does not have any smell to it which is fantastic.

Jopen claims in their insert that their toys are virtually seamless which is not exactly true. There is a small vertical seam that runs down the shaft and clitoral arm that can be visibly seen, but can't be felt while in use.

The silicone has a satiny finish and is very smooth, soft, velvety, and does not have any additional texture to it. It is best for those who enjoy smooth toys and is not for those who like bumps, grooves, and texture to their toys. The clit arm and shaft are both firm, but also very flexible. The flexibility of the clit arm gives a larger variety of users a chance to use this. However, it does make the pressure lessen. The clitoral arm applies some pressure, but not much. If you need pressure, you'll have to use something to apply pressure to it. The following pictures will show you exactly how flexible the shaft and clit arm are.




There are some indentions at the back of the 6.5 above and below the charging port, but they are not in a spot that is inserted.

From tip to tip measuring diagonally, the shaft and clitoral arm are 2" apart. Measuring from tip to base, the entire length of the toy is 6 1/2". If you measure along the curve of the shaft it measures 7". It has an insertable length of 5". The base of the toy is a 5" circle around. It is 4 1/4" around on the shaft at the top, 4 3/4" around where it is largest in the middle, and 3 1/2" around at the bottom. The clitoral arm is 2 1/4" around at the top, 3 1/4" around in the middle, and 2 1/2" around at the bottom.

The design starts with a pointed tip for easy insertion and then increases in size. It has an attached clitoral arm and a spherical base. The curve of the 6.5 may hit some g-spots, but I'm still searching for mine. However, again all anatomies are created differently so that may not be the case for you. As with any rabbit, the designs fit will depend on ones anatomy. Fortunately for me the 6.5 clit arm is long enough to reach my clit and have a little bit of room to spare while I have the shaft inserted. To fully insert the 6.5, I need to have lubricant because the shaft is thicker than I am normally used to, but with lubricant I do not have any issues with it. It is a very small rabbit vibe and the smallest rabbit that I own. I was surprised by its petite size because the few rabbits I own have all been quite large. As far as rabbits are concerned, this is really small, but it left me with a full feeling.

It is very easy to travel with and even has a travel lock feature so it won't accidentally turn on during use. To unlock, hold both buttons simultaneously for four seconds. To lock, repeat this process. Due to its small size, you can easily carry this in a small purse, bag, or jacket pocket.

It is not exactly discreet if you're familiar with sex toys at all so if discretion is important to you, I would make sure this is hidden before company comes over.

It has two very easy to use independent push button controls for the shaft and clitoral arm that are located on the top of the base of the toy. The buttons click when pushed and I feel they're located in a weird position for me, because that's where I hold the 6.5 and I have unintentionally turned off the toy. The top button controls the shaft and the bottom button controls the clitoral arm. To use the VR6.5 is very easy, all you need to do is press it once to turn it on and continue holding the button down to go through the levels of vibration for increasing power. To turn it off press again. I like that it has a quick turn off button in case someone walks in on you. With my first Jopen I was pressing the buttons because that's how other companies are operated to cycle through the levels of vibration, but with any Jopen you continuously hold the button down until you reach the highest setting.



It does not have any patterns of any kind which I think is fantastic because I've never cared for patterns in my toys and prefer strong steady vibrations. If you are one to like patterns, you will not find that in any Jopen Vanity toys.

Alone the clitoral arm is weak starting at a 2 Vroom, but the vibrations from the shaft do carry through the clitoral arm as well when both motors are turned on so it does make the clitoral arm a little bit stronger. However, it still wasn't strong enough for my picky clit o' steel. I'd consider the clitoral arm to be a buzzy 4 Vrooms at best. It's not as buzzy as some bullets that I own, but it still has buzzy tendencies. The shaft on the other hand is a dream. The power of the vibrations while holding the base while inserted travel all the way up my arm. They are 5 Vrooms easily when both motors are turned on and are considered to be deep and rumbly. Without the clitoral arm on, the shaft is a good strong 4 vrooms on high and 2 Vrooms on low. Unfortuantely for me, the power of the Vr 6.5 was not strong enough for me to orgasm and I had to bring Uma into the picture to bring myself over.

While holding the Vr 6.5 for some time, you do feel the toy become warm but not overly hot. It does not cause any numbing or itching which is great.

There is a red LED indicator light that glows while in use. The red light will flash when you are increasing the speeds and it quits flashing and becomes steady when it has reached top speed.



It has a Lithium Ion rechargeable battery that has a complete charge in four hours, but the first initial charge only takes three and a half hours. Fully charged, it can give you up to three hours of play, but that depends on what setting you are on and if you are using both motors simultaneously so results will vary. It gives no warning when the battery is about to quit, it just turns off. Sadly, I learned this in the middle of things.

The charging port is located on the back of the vibrator toward the base. There's a small circle indention where it plugs into the vibrator like the Bedroom Kandi lipstick vibrator or any other Jopen toy. To charge, plug the charger into the recharge port and plug into a power source. A red LED will glow indicating that it is charging. When fully charged, the light will turn off. The charger is a little over five feet long. All Jopen chargers fit any Jopen toy so that's nice that they're interchangeable.



It is completely waterproof and it held up during testing. The vibrations did not become weaker in the water which was fantastic. The hole for the charging port creates a bubble that stops water from seeping in ensuring that it is waterproof.

The 6.5 is a very quiet toy and can't be heard through thin walls or through closed doors even with both motors on the highest setting. I'd consider the 6.5 to be a 2 Bee on the highest setting with both motors running and virtually quite at lower settings.

As with any waterproof toy, clean-up is a breeze. You don't have to worry about submerging it or carefully cleaning it. The lack of texture ensures this toy wipes off very easily. You can wash it with anti-bacterial soap and water, your favorite toy cleaner, or wipe. You can also use a 10% bleach solution to sanitize it. It does tend to pick up lint like crazy so make sure to clean before and after every use. I'd dry it with something that didn't contain a lot of lint or let it air dry.

As with any silicone toy, it is best to use a water-based lubricant. If you have to use silicone based lubricant, please spot test first to make sure there is not any reaction with the two like materials.

With the proper care silicone can even be shared among partners, but please make sure to thoroughly clean it between partners or if you're switching orifices.

It came in a plain white cardboard box wrapped in plastic. The front has a V in purple as well as the product name in smaller letters. The back features a picture of the 6.5, company information, and some product features. Included were the charger, toy, storage bag, and Vanity product catalog. The toy sits in a raised cardboard cutout specifically designed for its design. The black drawstring storage bag has Jopen written on it and is wonderful. It can hold the toy and charger easily with extra room for wipes and lubricant if you wish. You could also choose to store other toys in the bag if you wish. The bag is very large and the choices are endless. The insert that features all of the Vanity toys shows a brief diagram of where the motors are located, and give a little bit of information about the line. There's also a clear insert similar in size to a bookmark that displays key point of information about the product in bullet style.

Jopen has a one year warranty for their toys from the first day of purchase. They also have an optional ten year warranty to further protect your investment. Once registered, you will receive information on the optional 10 Year Replacement Program in your registration confirmation email.

I ordered the 6.5 after completing my 100th review in hopes of comparing the 6.5 with another Jopen rabbit. However, I haven't received my milestone assignment yet and this review had to be done regardless so I'll compare the two in my milestone review. This is my fifth Jopen product, but my first rabbit. I was skeptical about buying such an expensive rabbit style vibrator because they can be hit or miss with ones anatomy. However, my luck has been a miss on all the internal vibes that I have purchased so I figured I really had nothing to lose.

As far as I'm concerned this product did not do it for me. My circumstances are very unique so just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean this won't work for you. I have not found any toy that allows me to have a vaginal orgasm and only a handful of toys that give me a clitoral orgasm. This was not one of those toys no matter how much I wanted it to be so. The clitoral arm was not strong enough to my liking and I had to use Uma in its place. With Uma I was able to achieve clitoral orgasm, but that's Uma and not the Jopen at work.

I've mentioned it before in my reviews, but for those who don't know I do not have a partner that will work the toys with me to help me get a feel for my own anatomy and the inner workings of my most intimate spot. I buy climax gels and all these wonderful toys, but I just can't achieve a vaginal orgasm on my own no matter what I do. I was hoping the simultaneous stimulation of the Jopen Vr6.5 would be the toy that allowed me to achieve satisfaction on my own, but that was just not the case. I'm not giving up on Jopen rabbits and I'm not giving up on finding the perfect toy for me, but sadly this was not my "perfect" toy.

Overall, I feel Jopen products are something that are highly crafted, should last a long time, and worth the investment. You're getting a rechargeable, waterproof, fairly powerful toy with a one year warranty all in one.
