Not quite petite perfection
The Silhouette is a moderately effective g-spot vibrator that doubles as a clit vibe. The power is impressive for a vibe that runs on AAA batteries. The size makes this vibe a viable choice for beginners as well as advanced users.Published: August 11, 2009
Pros:
Silicone, powerful, and offers a size suitable for just about everyone.
Cons:
Water penetrated and was trapped behind the control panel. Not the most effective g-spot vibe.

The Mini Coutures look Amazing..

...but how's the power compared to the full size?

Quote: ...but how's the power compared to the full size?I've wondered that myself. I've also wondered how the full size feels density-wise compared to the minis.

Actually, I now have two of each, large and small. The mini's feel just as strong as the regular sized ones, just in a different way; more buzzy instead of deep. The density is also about the same, just reduced. The mini's are thick and dense, but small, there's less of them, so they feel a bit less dense. Less heavy, too, due to both size and battery size.

Body safe silicone is the perfect material, in my opinion! I like the design, though it doesn't sound like it's really water-proof after all...
Hi Spicywife,
It hasn't effected performance so far. I'll report on how it holds up in my follow up review.
I haven't had much luck with vibrating toys, so the pulsing mode on this sounds interesting, but I'm not sure about that ridge along the sides. Does it feel overly pronounced when you're using the toy?
Hello Alan & Michele,
No, the ridge is not rigid or painful in any way. The silicone used is very soft, it's not nearly as firm as a Tantus dildo or even the lelo Ella. I had the same problem you had with the Tantus Deuce1 (ridge) and to be honest I didn't even feel this ridge at all. I hope this helps.
Ah excellent. And yep, it was the Deuce 1 experience that had me asking
Glad to be of help, cheers.
Seven modes of vibration would be fun. =o) I was wondering about the ridge along the side but someone already asked and you already answered so yay, lol. Nice review!
Thanks for the review!
Thanks!
