As a tongue vibrator attachment, this thing really did not live up to my expectations. It doesn't hold well on the tongue or pinches it and feels odd being brought across the area to be vibrated and very not natural. The vibrations are so intense you cannot feel the tongue beneath the vibe. It may even make the mouth have a numb feeling due to intense vibrations. It can be quite distracting for its intended use as a tongue vibrator, but a perfect little tool to get creative with. For being such a small thing this thing does have power, but not a lot of sound. A light buzz is the only thing you hear and if it bothers you a little music can easily drown out the noise. After applying it to whatever area you are stimulating you forget that it's such a small toy. This is great used on the clit, nipples, and even the underside of his penis. But if you care to try this as its intended use and have casual partners you may want to use a dental dam or some sort of protection. The vibrations alone may get your partner a little wet. Also if you’re going to try this with oral stimulation, please take care not to swallow the vibe as it quite small.


The Dinger is made of TPR Silicone AKA Cyber Silicone (Silicone based rubber compound, ranks a 6 on material safety scale), which is a stretchy silicone. The top of it has pleasure nubs that are quite squishy and move easily, not at all hard or abrasive like some toys' nubs. The ring part stretches out far to fit any size tongue and can actually stretch to fit around four fingers without snapping. Since I no longer have this toy I cannot say for certain how long the bullet was but it couldn't have been more than an inch, though some say it comes to 1.25 inches, either way it's not very big at all. The battery life on the Dinger is about 40 hours but when the battery dies you can either replace the batteries, which are 3 watch batteries, or replace the bullet inside because it is very easily removable. This device turns on and off easily on the side but sliding the button up or down. It clicks into place when you turn it on so that it won't shut off during use. Although this toy is disposable you can use it over and over until the battery dies or the loop snaps, but like I said before even if the battery dies you can replace the battery or the bullet. The bullet, itself is ribbed by the way.

The stretchy, jelly type loop on this does tend to wear out before the battery if you continuously stretch it too far over and over. (Kind of like a balloon that you keep blowing up over and over and letting the air out of the material eventually gives way). Since this is made of TPR Silicone you should only use water based lubes with it, if you require lube. The specs do not say that it's waterproof but I have taken mine into the shower and it still works afterwards, but I have not fully submerged it in water.
You can clean this non-porous toy with any toy cleaner or simple warm soap and water, but don't use hot water if you plan on using it right away because it completely changes the way the material feels. When you first open you Dinger it does have a small odor but that goes away after its first wash.

I do not like the Tongue Dinger for its intended use, which was a tongue Vibrator. It wouldn't stay on and when it was on it pinched the tongue and was more of a distraction than a pleasure. But when flipped over and used with a touch of lube and used as a clit stimulator it really did the job.

I never could get into this toy. It really is not built to be wrapped around the tongue and putting it on your finger was fine if you didn't have anything else to use and were craving vibrations. I just think that it is too small and really doesn't have very many uses.
