I could point out that you could use this on your nipples or thighs or elbows or whatever, but let's face it - if you buy a G-spot vibe, you want to fuck it. So let's get right down to it.

If the G-Ki was a man, you'd brag to all your friends about what a great fuck he was. This vibe is perfect for thrusting in the elongated position, or for curling up all the way and using a rocking motion to stimulate both G-spot and clit. If you have had trouble with G-spot toys before, because they expect all women to have identical anatomy, this toy might help you get there. And if you already know and love your G, then you'll love this vibe.

Like most luxury vibes, the G-Ki has a silicone coating, which adds a lot of friction. This is not a toy to use without a good water-based lubricant! There is no odor or taste (not that I recommend using a vibrator orally. Ouch! Your poor teeth!)

The big selling point of the G-Ki is its ability to shapechange and, more importantly, hold its shape once changed. There are two points at which this can be done, to allow you to customize it to your preferred fit. This feature worked perfectly for me, and I absolutely love it. I can't rave enough about it!

It's not too girthy, so if you're looking for that 'fills you up' feeling, you won't get it here. But for me, the size is perfect. If it were too fat, then it would be difficult to get in, particularly when it's in its most bent form.

There are two vibration centers, one in the tip, and one in the handle area, which will rest over your clit in its most curved shape. They are easy to control, with the simple + / - buttons of the control panel, which lead to 5 power levels and 5 patterns. It can be operated by feel, which is good since once it's in, you don't want to have to pull it out to look at the controls!

The vibrations start at what I would call medium intensity and go up to high to medium high. It's pretty strong, but not the strongest toy in my collection. I'd like it better if the low power was a little bit lower, as I like to start low and work up.

The control has to be held down for 2 seconds to turn it on, which acts as a travel lock, but can be a little distracting in the bedroom, when you might be too aroused to remember that it takes more than a simple click.

The noise level is medium. There's a definite vroom-vroom going on, which might be heard through closed doors. It's completely waterproof, so using it in the bath or shower, where you can disguise the sound with running water, could work better - just don't overflow the tub!

This is a rechargeable toy, with a wonderful magnetic charger that just snaps onto the controls. No opening to worry about making water tight! Make sure the light comes on when you have the charger attached, or you might have it turned round the wrong way.

Like other rechargeable toys, it operates at full power until the charge has died, and then suddenly stops. Whenever you're playing with rechargeables, you might want to have a backup toy handy unless you're sure you have enough charge. For me, it runs 90 minutes on high before it stops.

You will need lots of lube with the G-Ki. Make sure it's water-based, since silicone toys and silicone lubes don't mix. Since it's waterproof, cleaning is simple. You can just stick it under the tap and give it a good wash with soap and water. The only downside is that there is a groove around the controls that might need a little extra attention. I have a pink nail brush that I've designated as my sex toy scrubber, and it easily cleans little crevices like this.

I was disappointed that it did not come with a satin storage pouch, as most luxury vibrators do. I was able to find one elsewhere to use for it, but this was a strange oversight on Je Joue's part. Because the silicone attracts dust and lint, it's best to keep it inside something, whether a storage pouch or the original box. Even so, it will probably need to be wiped down before you use it, because it seems impossible to keep all the dust off.

As a luxury toy, it comes in a beautiful presentation box, tied with a ribbon, which can be reused. Mine is currently in my dresser drawer being used as storage for my more delicate knickers. As mentioned before, it did not come with a satin storage bag as most luxury vibes do, which was disappointing.

My use with this toy has been amazing. I have a prominent G-spot, and have always preferred G-gasms to the clitoral variety, but I've never been able to give it the stimulation that G-Ki provides. Being able to provide both pressure and vibrations to my most sensitive area - wow. And then when I start rocking and get the clit as well, it blows my mind. I think that before long, I'll even be able to squirt, which is something I've never done before.
