The Vibrating Bunny Performer is made from TPR which is semi soft and has a smooth texture to it with a little drag. The TPR is porous and also has has a slight smell of plastic to me, but is gone after a few washings. You really can't tell a difference in the rotation speeds of the shaft, besides the noise level of the pearls as they spin faster.
