G-spot vibrator discontinued
by

Okay, not great.

It's a cheap vibrator, good to use when you're a beginner to G-spot play, but it won't do the trick for more advanced users.

Pros
Gentle vibrations, nice shape.
Cons
Controls in an awkward spot, doesn't smell great.

worth reading, but not useful review

Use

If you are interested in experimenting with G-spot play, this is a great starter vibe. However, it is not a very intense vibrator, so the G-spot orgasms aren't great. I found it most effective when used with a clit vibe.

Material / Texture

The texture is definitely for beginners. It is smooth and straightforward. This is a fairly cheap vibrator and smelled like it, too!

Design / Shape / Size

This is definitely not a discreet vibrator. It is fairly obvious what it is, and it will take up space in the nightstand. It is fine for beginners, but advanced users won't get a lot out of it. The size is also good for beginners.

Functions / Performance / Controls

It was fairly awkward to use, because the controls were on the bottom. What was I supposed to do if I didn't want to insert it all the way? All in all, it's an awful lot of noise for not very much vibration strength.

Care and Maintenance

The best thing to do for it is clean it with some sterilizing wipes. There is no case provided for it, so I'd sterilize it before and after use.

Packaging

I didn't like the packaging at all. It was very cheap and sort of tawdry looking.

Your review has a fairly negative tone and isn't very filled out... What was it made out of? What are the dimensions? Is it soft/hard? Taste? You say it smelled bad, did that go away? What did you try to fix it?

Most of the information you are asking for can be found in the overview.

And you can't really do anything to change the smell. It is made of jelly, so you can't do anything other than wipe it down with toy cleaner. The smell has yet to go away, although it isn't as strong as it was when I first got it.

I'm glad to see that you're responding to comments. It's a good start to a review, and yes, it's true that most of it can be found in an overview, but it doesn't hurt to mention it again in your own review. Most readers are more likely to check out the review then read the specs.

Since it's a vibrator, really, the biggest thing you're missing on this information is about the vibrations. I know you said the controls were at the bottom, but how were the vibrations? What speeds were they? Was each individual setting loud or soft?

I understand sterilized wipes can be very useful, but not all toy owners have them. I'd really love to see you add something about other additional ways the toy could be cleaned. I know I don't own any wipes.

What about the design? I know you told us what it looked like, but there's a ledge that's obviously for clitoral stimulation. Did it work like it was supposed to? Did it go okay with your anatomy? Did it enhance or not?

You also said the packaging was cheap and tawdry. Those are both pretty broad adjectives. I'd really love to know exactly what was on the packaging. "Cheap and tawdry" doesn't leave me with a very good mental picture.

Also, you gave it two stars. From what you've said in the review, I understand it had a smell, didn't provide g-spot orgasms, and had bad packaging and control placement. Are those the things that made you give it two stars? And if so, why would you recommend it to beginners if this is such a bad toy?

It's a great start to a review - more details would help though. You could look at other reviews to see the type of details that will really make your review "pop". Smile
