The shaft is great at stimulating the vagina or anus and the butterfly vibe stimulates the clit. This toy is not waterproof, so do not try to use this while taking a shower or bath. This toy is also very large and not very discreet, so travel can be a concern.

The shaft and vibe are made from soft TPR while the controls are made of plastic. There is no taste or smell associated with this toy. The TPR allows the toy to be soft and squishy, while the plastic gives it a firm feeling. For enhanced stimulation, the shaft has both nubs and ridges, which are easily felt. There are 6 speeds of thrusting and rotation that range from slow to fast. The beads rotate to the right and cannot be changed. The toy thrusts approximately an inch.

This is one of the best, if not the best, toys I have ever tried. The vibrations and rotations are strong and powerful allowing me to reach orgasm fairly quickly. The motor would just kind of stop, but as soon as I released the pressure it would continue thrusting again. I also noticed that after using the toy for an extended amount of time, using the vibe and thrusting action simultaneously causes the thrusting to be less powerful, but the vibrations are still as strong as before. The toy does not drain the batteries very quickly, which is a big plus considering how powerful it is.
