Orgasmic rabbit - rabbit vibrator discontinued by Dorcel - review by Badass

The Orgasmic Rabbit is a rabbit vibrator, it stimulates both the G-spot and clitoris simultaneously. With this toy in particular, it does so by having the shaft of the toy rotate while the rabbit portion vibrates. The shaft and clitoral vibe have separate controllers to make finding just what you want even easier. The rabbit piece has many functions and has something for any female.

I could see this being an acceptable toy for anal use as well. The rabbit piece will keep the toy from sliding in completely. For a man, I could even see the rabbit portion stimulating the taint or balls nicely.

This is a fun toy to use by yourself, or to have your spouse use on you. I don't recommend asking your partner to use on you if they are insecure of their own parts, for this toy is quite thick. It may make some fellows a bit jealous.

This toy is not waterproof at all. The lid for the battery lodge slides on and off easily and does not protect the battery lodge from water leaking in. That puts pools, showers, and the hot tub out of the question.

The penetrative portion of this toy is made of Elastomer. This was my first experience with Elastomer, and I was very pleased. I looked on the sex toy material page and found that Elastomer has a safety ranking of 7 on Eden's scale. Elastomer is Phthalates free, Latex free, somewhat porous, and hypo-allergenic. The material feels very soft and squishy. Sadly, it does collect dust, hair, and debris. Since it is somewhat porous, it is highly recommended that you put a condom on this toy when sharing. The shaft of this toy is mostly smooth, spare a penis-like head and a few bumps on the underside of the head. The Orgasmic Rabbit does have a lot of drag, and I highly recommend using with lubrication. This toy is safe to use with both water based and silicone based lubricants.

Straight out of the box, this toy does have a smell. It wasn't a terribly bad smell, but wasn't something I enjoyed smelling on my toy either. It was a smell similar to rubber. After cleaning twice, the smell has seemed to dissipate.

The Elastomer this toy is made of is a see through pink. You can see the 5 rows of silver balls that serve the rotation inside and the silver bullet inside the clitoral vibe. The clitoral arm is made to look like a rabbit, with eyes, nose, and 2 long ears. The plastic portion that is not penetrative, is solid pink and you cannot see inside. Above the "ON/OFF" button for the clitoral vibrator, is a little light. It goes from orange to bright red as the vibes get more strong. When you get to the pulses it flashes from bright red to green.

This toy is fairly large in size, being 9 3/4" from top to bottom, with only about 5" of that being penetrative. The toy is 1 3/4" wide over the silver ball portion, but slims down to 1 1/2" for the head. The clitoral vibe struts out to 2 3/4", with the ears being 1" of that. The clitoral vibe is 1 1/2" at its widest point, 1" at the rabbits head, and the ears are 1/2" wide.

The battery lodge is located on the opposing side of the controls. It has "OPEN" written on it. Inside this panel you will see a white piece that slides out. This is where you insert the batteries. Each place a battery goes is labeled which direction to place the battery in. This toy takes 4 AA batteries.

This toy has 4 buttons that can be found on the plastic portion of the toy below the clitoral vibe. The first button from the shaft is labeled as an "ON/OFF" button. It is small and oval in shape, being wider than it is long. This button turns on the clitoral stimulation. The next button is another oval, but this one is longer than it is wide, and significantly larger than the one above it. This button is labeled with a "7" on the right side of it, and "ULTRA" on it's left. This button controls the 7 functions of the clitoral vibe. This button will go through the functions repeatedly, until you push the "ON/OFF" button. The 7 clitoral functions start with three incrementally stronger steady vibrations. The fourth is a slow start that gets stronger and stronger before dying off and starting back with the super slow steady vibe. The fifth is a pulse and fairly quick, and used the high vibes. The sixth setting is the same as the fifth, but much more rapid. The seventh is another pulse, but it is also a build up. It does three high vibes fairly quickly, then has a fourth vibe that is a bit longer. The fourth vibe last about as long as two of the first three buzz's.

Below these two buttons are 2 triangular buttons. The one on the left pointing up is labeled "ON", and the one on the right pointing down is labeled "OFF". Below these buttons, they are labeled "ROTATION". I bet you can guess what they do. The shaft has 6 speeds of rotation. Pushing the "ON" button turns up the rotation and the "OFF" button turns them down until they turn off. You must push it as many times down as you pushed it turning it up. There is no immediate way to turn off the shaft.


This toy is not very quiet. It could easily be heard through covers and most likely could even be heard through a closed door. But its vibes are pretty intense and well worth all the noise. Using the rotation of the shaft on it's own does cut down on a lot of the noise. So, for those living with others, you may still want this toy, if only to use it for it's shaft.

Cleaning of this toy is fairly easy. Warm water and antibacterial soap will do the trick. You can also use toy wipes for cleaning. I have found that using a toy wipe is much easier than washing this toy in my sink. The battery lodge of this toy does not seal out water, which makes it a bit more tricky to clean. Whether cleaning with soap and water or a toy wipe, you will want to dry this toy off with a lint free cloth and put it away immediately. This toy collects hair and dust you didn't know existed. Always clean before and after each use.

Since this toy is somewhat porous, it may retain a bit of your vagina's natural bacteria. When sharing this toy, you should always cover it with a condom.

As for storage, it may seem like a waste of space to store this toy in it's box, but I promise you, you want to. As this toy so easily collects dust and hair, you should store it in the original packaging, or find yourself a storage pouch. Another option you have is storing in a box. I have a few toy boxes, but this toy I plan on keeping in its original packaging since it does collect everything and anything so easily.

The packaging of this toy is quite elegant looking, and is not in the least bit discreet. The front panel of this box shows you a picture of the toy, tells you this toy is made by Dorcel, and is the Orgasmic Rabbit. Also on this front panel, below "Orgasmic Rabbit", the packaging states this toy has 7 vibrations, 6 rotations, and is 100% Elastomer.


The back panel has the same information as the front, with a diagram of the vibrations and rotations. Most of this white back panel is information on the toy in 6 languages I do not read.

Also included in this box is a sheet of Dorcel information. While the directions are pretty self explanatory from the writing on and around the buttons, this is still included. The piece of paper also shows off several diagrams of other toys from Dorcel.

If you should choose not to store your toy in the box, the packaging is recyclable. The bottom of this box tells you this toy was made in China.

I am enamored with this toy. I'm a rabbit vibrator lover in the first place, but this one really takes the cake. Not only is it a lovely looking toy, it's material felt divine when inserted. It was one of the nicest feeling toys I have ever possessed. The clitoral arm, or the rabbit, has seriously high vibes that could suit anyone, and suited me to a T. This clitoral arm is also fairly long, and longer than most clitoral arms on similar rabbits. Since my clitoris happens to be a bit far(in my opinion) from my vagina, it was nice that it reached the top of my clitoris. Generally, with rabbits, the clitoral arm only reaches the bottom tip of my clitoris.
