Upon opening the box, I found the panty pal along with 2 sets of batteries. I love when there are extra replacement batteries, especially when they are an awkward watch size battery. When I started putting in the batteries, the toy started vibrating after only 2 batteries were in. It takes a total of 3 little batteries. It was kind of difficult to put the batteries in because the magnet on the front is very strong and they kept getting stuck. Also, it made it difficult because the toy was vibrating after 2 out of 3 batteries were put in. Once I got all 3 batteries in the toy, I twisted the top on. There is a push button on the top of the toy, but no matter how I put the batteries in or how hard I pushed this button, the toy did not stop vibrating. The only way to get it to stop was by removing the batteries all together, which is extremely inconvenient. I don't know if this was a defective toy or if this is how they all are, but I was not able to turn it off with the push of a button.

Back to the toy itself. Once I had it attached, which was also difficult because I couldn't turn it off in the process, I could tell this toy packed quite the punch! It was very strong for being so little. But being so strong, it was also very loud. I would not say that this toy is discreet. I would not use this toy in public because everyone would know exactly what you were doing. I used this in bed with my sheet and comforter on and could hear it vibrating VERY loudly. I would only use this toy either in my room with the doors shut, or in a private one-on-one situation or in a private area like a car. My husband and I used it during foreplay, which seemed to work well. I was surprised by the amount of power coming from such a small toy.

Another thing that I wasn't too fond of with this toy was the overall look once it was attached. It stuck out quite a bit, and didn't look as good as it did on the cover of the package. Made it look like I had a very small penis, but with a gem on the outside of my underwear. Not the sexiest thing coming from a girl.

Overall, I think the toy is great when in a private situation, but I would never use this toy in public.
