A sleeve is the must-have accessory for the Hitachi Magic Wand. It provides great new sensations and makes clean-up much easier. There are a lot of choices and although this one is as another reviewer aptly described "like an old lady bathing cap" I knew I would like it by the the way it looked.

I love the texture of this Hitachi attachment. It's soft and supple and reminds me of a warm mouth when I used it. I got it at the same time as the Magic Wand and love the vibrating nubs. It has a slight smell as most of these soft jelly textured covers do, but nothing too bad.

The jelly texture also means it warms up fast with body temperature (aka use) and holds the warmth which increases pleasure. It provides a life-like skin feeling sensation which is also an added bonus.

A quick wash with warm water and mild soap cleans it up nicely. It obviously needs to be washed separately from the Hitachi Magic Wand as the Magic Wand cannot be immersed in water. Because it is silicone for further sterilization you can boil it in hot water- but only for a few short minutes. I recommend soap and water for your own use only. If you are sharing this cap unprotected and then they get body fluids on it then you should definitely sterilize it.

Another nice feature is that you can angle the Magic Wand and depending where you put it the nubs are more or less intense. I enjoyed pressing on the Magic Wand with this sleeve on and increasing or decreasing the pressure on my girlfriend. It made her squirm in interesting ways depending on the pressure of my hand. If I pressed down harder I could concentrate the vibrations on a single area more than just an overall vibrational sensation.
