When I received the July Ashton Pocket Rocket in the mail, I was a little wary. It looked small and a little feeble. I took it out of the package and noticed it didn't come with instructions on where the battery went or how to insert the vibrator into the sleeve. The vibrator itself is pretty basic; shaped like a lipstick tube, just bigger and longer, with gold nubbies on the end for maximum pleasure to that certain area.

I figured out how to insert the battery, but you have to pull on the top of the vibrator and pull it off. I thought to myself, "Oh no! I'm gonna break it before I get the batteries in!", but I didn't! It takes 1 AA battery, which is convenient for most people. I then took it back to my bedroom to take a closer look at the sleeve. It is made of a jelly-like material that was pleasing to touch. It was bright pink, which I liked, with nubbed edges with lots of textures that I couldn't wait to feel. I also thought it was interesting that there were also jelly-covered pearls on the sleeve.

I slipped into bed with just my nightie on, eager to see what kind of magic it could work. It only comes in one setting, but I thought it was a perfect speed. The sleeve looked a little floppy and I began to doubt that it could actually do any penetration work. I rubbed the vibrator over my clit and it felt amazing.
