This is my first "Pocket Rocket" style vibrator. I was persuaded by the store clerk who pointed out to me that this one has a 1-Year warranty. Since I've had problems with toys lasting in the past, the warranty persuaded me to make the purchase, and I'm glad I did! I am not a novice to the sex toy world, but I am to the Pocket Rocket. I think that either beginners or more advanced users could enjoy this product because it is easy to use, but fills a very useful purpose that everyone can use in their collection! It is not Hitachi strong, but packs a punch for how small it is. It is great for clitoral stimulation, or on other sensual and sensitive areas. The small size makes it easy to use not only for solo play, but partner play as well.

The Iconic Pocket is phthalate free, latex free, hypo allergenic, and plastic. I found that even though it is plastic it still glides well over my skin. Not as well as other materials, but a lot better then other plastics I have seen. There is no smell or rough texture. The head of the toy has four bumps that provide additional stimulation to the vibrations as well.

The size of the toy is large enough to hold easily, but small enough to remain discreet. It fits well in the palm of my hand and I think it is a good sized toy. It comes with a protective case that fits loosely on to cover the head of the toy to help keep it clean, which I appreciate. It assists with travel, along with its small size. The small size lends it to be easy to travel with, as well as remaining discreet and easy to hide.

The toy came with a battery, which I really enjoyed. I was very eager to try this toy- as I am with any new toy- and I didn't have to make an extra stop for batteries! Batteries are extremely easy to remove, perhaps too easy. The first couple times I used the toy I would turn the base too far, past the off point, and the battery case would pop open. However, now that I've used the toy more and gotten used to it I stop at the off point before completely opening the toy. After a few uses I imagine most would get over this problem. The bottom of the toy turns from ON to OFF before the battery cage opening. It is very easy to open and control. I enjoy the fact that I don't need to worry about changing settings in the heat of the moment.

The vibrations are very powerful for its size. The entire toy has a tendency to vibrate a little since it is so small, but the strong vibrations are very concentrated at the head of the toy. This makes the stimulation easy to pinpoint. The strength of the vibrations proved to be too strong for my partner but I found them extremely pleasurable. Contrastingly I thought the vibrations could have been a little bit stronger, but they are still strong enough to get the job done. The toy does only have one speed, so he is just out of luck. It is a relatively quiet toy for how powerful it is. When using under a blanket in bed there is very little sound.

I have not yet used this toy in water even though it is waterproof, but I will update it when I do.

The Iconic Pocket is very easy to clean, because it is waterproof. I spray it with my toy cleaner before rinsing it with water and drying. The toy is easy to clean for the next use because of the protective case it comes with, and allows for easy storage as well. If you want to use some lubricant to help it slide over your skin, it is compatible with both silicone and water based lubes. Because the toy is white, it does show when it is not pristine. This can be a pro or a con, since it lets you know when it needs to be clean! However I wonder if as time goes on it will just begin to look grimy.

I enjoyed the style of this toy's packaging. The outside of the box is white and very discreet. There is a front flap that opens and contains the information about the toy, the warranty, and the company in general.

I especially enjoyed that it was cardboard packaging and very minimal. I find it extremely annoying when companies over use plastic packaging!
