Admittedly, I was disappointed when I first opened this toy and realized that the crystal end is not the end that vibrates, instead it acts as the control knob. I was excited about the smooth, pretty end being the end up against me. After a little bit of pouting, I had to let that image go. The vibrations are all in the non-crystal ball end, which ensures that you don't get a numb hand from holding it. To control the toy, you turn the crystal ball end. The intensity of the vibrations increases the more you turn the ball. Between the two ball ends, the body of the toy is ridged. This gives you a great grip and insures more control over the toy. There is no bend or flex to this toy at all, it is firm plastic. All non-crystal ball parts of the toy are matte finished plastic.





The Enchanted Crystals is a nice, medium intensity, buzzy vibrator, and it gets the job done. It could be inserted vaginally if you like, but you won't get a lot of depth. It's real purpose is clitoral stimulation. You can't get a real pin point accuracy with it. The smoothness of the ball allows you to move it in patterns or back and forth, which feels nice. It's suitable for beginners and advanced toy users alike.





A word of caution about the controls of this toy; While you turn the crystal to turn on the vibrations, you need to be sure to hold the ridged portion so it doesn't turn as well, causing the battery compartment to open. It can be very annoying to try to turn this toy on, and instead open it up, spilling the battery out.





After several rounds with this little guy in the shower/bath, I can attest to the fact that it is waterproof. I have had no issues with it being submerged.

The Enchanted Crystals is made of plastic. It does have a bit of a plastic smell to it, and that smell doesn't seem to go away. Being plastic, it is compatible with any type of lube you would like to use. It takes one AAA battery, which is not included.





You can clean the Enchanted Crystals with a mild antibacterial soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner. Cleaning it can be sort of a pain because it does have a ton of grooves that collect fluid. It does take some attention to detail to be sure you get it really clean and dry.

I would say that it's a discreet toy, in that it isn't an obviously phallic shape or overtly sexual. It does turn on pretty easily, so if you intend to travel with it, please remove the batteries. It does come in very cute, sturdy packaging, which is suitable for storing the toy.

I still use this toy occasionally, especially in the bath or shower. I have had no issues or complications with it. It isn't my favorite, but it still has a place in my toy box.
