Popped my bubble with disapppointment

This was a great little idea, but I found it to be more cute than functional. I do not fully regret getting it, but given the choice, I would have spent my money elsewhere as it just doesn't push my button. However, we use it as a warm up toy and it is completely great for that, so I am glad we have it. But that is the only thing I would suggest it for.

Use

Bubblies the Pop is a bullet vibrator meant for clitoral stimulation. This would be a toy that is able to be used by the beginner to the advanced user, as well as the solo player and the couples. This was more of a warm up toy for my husband and I, since it just didn't have the oomph to get the whole job done.

Material / Texture

The Bubblies is made of plastic, giving it a safety rating of 8. It has a very, slight, smell if you hold it up against your nostril, but nothing that would be noticed during sex. It has no taste at all. The toy is completely smooth with two seams that you can barely see or feel with your fingers, and are completely unnoticeable during play.

Design / Shape / Size

The design is definitely not the usual design of a stereotypical bullet. It has one large bulb on one side and an oval bulb on the other. The shape is meant to fit into the hand, for an easier time holding it during use. The toy is only 3 1/2" long and is quite easy to hide both at home and for travel.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The Bubblies is labeled as having multiple speed, but if there are multiple speeds I can't tell a difference. The vibrations are turned off & on and controlled by twisting the two ends. The toy works great under water and there was no sign of moisture in the battery compartment. The controls are fairly easy to use before you get started, but takes two hands, and can therefore be a little more difficult to adjust once you begin. The design is a great concept, however, this little guy just doesn't have very strong vibrations and would best be suited as a warm up vibrator. The Bubblies is very quiet and wouldn't even be noticed by someone laying next to you.

Care and Maintenance

Since the Bubblies the Pop is made of plastic you can use both water based and silicone based lubricants. Make sure to clean your Pop with warm water and soap or with toy cleaner but do NOT boil, bleach or place in the dishwasher. I store it in its original packaging but it can be stored in a toy bag or box as well.

Follow-up commentary
The vibes are still far from strong, so I would still not suggest it to someone who needs strong vibes. It took several tries, but I finally got comfortable with holding it even though it is so small. It is a great addition for couple play but I have only been successful with it alone once, though I'll keep trying.
