It Poshes Me Over the Edge

The Posh vibe is my go-to when I'm desperate or lonely or just want to have some fun with my boyfriend. When using new, rechargeable, or lithium batteries, the vibrator speeds have a lot to say - though beware the presence of unwanted listeners, as it can be rather noisy. I can take it anywhere - even the bathtub! No seams equals no pinching, and this vibe will never accidentally turn off. I absolutely love the Posh vibrator.

Pros:

Use

I have had this silky silicone vibrator for almost a year now, and it has only on rare occasions let me down. The ridged bulls-eye on the head of the vibrator works great for both G-spot stimulation and clitoral stimulation. Personally, I prefer to use it clitorally when I'm alone, but I also use it to tease my boyfriend on Skype when he's away. He loves to watch me use it. The color is fun, and makes it easier to spot when I'm desperately horny and need a quick moment alone. I also utilize it clitorally when my boyfriend is enjoying himself with me anally, and I need a pleasurable distraction from the uncomfortable sensations. I have climaxed numerous times in this manner. Since it is waterproof, it can go virtually anywhere.

Material / Texture

The silky feel of the silicone is very tempting to me. The design is literally seamless, too. I remember a bullet vibe I used once that had seams in the plastic from where the manufacturer put it together. Every so often the darn thing would pinch me! Since it is vibrating and I am rubbing it into my clitoris, the seam would briefly widen and then close around just the tiniest hint of flesh, but that tiny bit in that super-sensitive area was certainly not a good feeling. I have NEVER had this problem with the Posh vibrator. Also, the material makes it very easy to clean. Soap and water does the trick! There have been a couple situations where I was not able to clean it right away, and when I went back to clean it, there were no lingering smells.

Design / Shape / Size

It's small enough to be handheld with ease, but not so large as to be inconvenient. It is distinctly phallic in shape, with a ridged bulls-eye near the tip for clitoral stimulation.

The button on the end is incredibly convenient. No wires to get tangled in, no switches to accidentally hit, it's incredibly easy to use and incredibly convenient, as it will never turn off by accident just as you're about to climax.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibration in the Posh vibrator packs a punch - when the batteries are good. The vibe is located in the tip, which would make sense, because the other end, where the button is, doesn't look as though it would be comfortable. I do wish it were a tad bit quieter, but it's certainly still quieter than others I have used. The fact that its waterproof has saved me quite a few times. Roommate asleep? Desperate for pleasure? Take it into the shower or bath with you. It's virtually silent when submerged or when competing with the roar of a shower.

Another downside is that it tends to eat batteries quickly. A few uses will dramatically decrease the speed. There are two speeds, low and high. After a few uses, the high speed has decreases to where the low speed used to be, and the low speed is barely able to be registered. I've found that either taking the battery out between uses increases life, and also using rechargeable or lithium batteries will drastically improve performance.

Care and Maintenance

Soap and water will do the trick with this one. The material makes cleaning incredibly easy. Lube is also very easy to apply, and the material isn't porous, so nothing will linger or get soaked up.

Stunning review! I liked it! I have heard such great things about this vibe. Don't think I've ever heard someone say they didn't love it. Sounds purr-fect!

Too bad about that bullet you had pinching! That sounds horrible. Sometimes my seam in my jeans pink my labia and can make me tear up sometimes! Lol. I couldn't imagine a pinchy vibe. I'd freak. Lol. Glad you've found a wonderful replacement.

    • You can read the reviews or ask the people who have reviewed it. I personally didn't really have a problem with it, but if you're really sensitive, you may.

      Edit: I also saw your comment on my review, but I basically said the same thing. Good luck either way!
    • I don't use it for insertion. For me, it just isn't the right size or shape that would do anything for me when inserted. The little nub doesn't cause any problems, but I'm still not sure why it's on there.

      But yeah, I'm pretty sure that question is answered in one of the reviews.
