Powerful, but a little large

For the price, this is a good dual stimulation toy. Because of the jelly material, it is difficult to keep clean and impossible to completely sterilize.

Use

The Waterproof jack rabbit is a dual stimulation viberator. It has rotating balls in the shaft of the toy and a vibrating rabbit for clitoral stimulation. The insertable length of this toy is about 5 inches.

Material / Texture

The Waterproof jack rabbit is made from a smooth jelly material. Upon opening, it had a very strong, unpleasant smell that often accompanies jelly toys.


On the head of the shaft, there are a few nubby spots for added stimulation. Myself, this ruined the toy for me. It was already a little too girthy for my tastes and the addition of the nubs made it more painful. The texture of this toy is great for beginners and advanced users who enjoy nubby stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

The overall design of the toy works well. It has an approximate handle length of 5 inches, making the total length of the toy 10 inches. It was a bit heavy, weighing in at a little over a pound. The size of the insertable portion bothered me simply because I am not used such a large penis/toy but is of normal size for toys of this type.


The Waterproof jack rabbit is not a discrete toy. It is large and brightly colored. The size of the toy would be better for advanced users in my opinion, but beginners would be able to use it after getting past it's 10 inches.

Functions / Performance / Controls

There are three intensities for the vibrations in the rabbit portion. At the highest, the vibrations are fairly intense. The ears of the rabbit transfer the intensity well. There are three intensities for the rotation portion of the toy as well, and there is a reversal button for the rotation too.


The control panel is located at the base of the toy. There are 2 down and 2 up buttons (one set for the rabbit, one for the shaft) and a button to change the direction of the rotation.


Overall, the noise level of this toy is quiet. It can't be heard through a comforter.


The Waterproof jack rabbit is fully waterproof, and able to join you in the bathtub for your enjoyment.

Care and Maintenance

The Waterproof jack rabbit is a toy made from jelly. Jelly can't be sterilized so make sure to use condoms between users. Keep them clean by using some warm water and sex toy cleaner.


Jelly toys collect lint and dust so store in a ziplock bag seperate from other toys. And keep in a cool dark place.


Both water and silicone based lubricants are ok to use with the Waterproof jack rabbit.

Packaging

The Waterproof jack rabbit comes in very simple packaging. It is sealed in one layer of plastic, then in a second looser clear bag that says what you're looking at. There were no instructions with this toy.


The packaging wouldn't be ideal for a storage box or gifting as it is clear and quite obvious.

Personal comments

On a personal level, this toy was a bit too large for me to enjoy. The shaft was quite painful upon insertion, but the rabbit was very stimulating. I am sure it would be a good size for those who are used to bigger toys/penises though.

Follow-up commentary
Since I wrote my initial review, I have gotten brave and attempted it again. And again. And one more time, just to make sure. This toy has quickly become my favorite toy in my collection!

I definitely recommend it to those looking for a dual stimulation toy.

      I personally do not like jelly toys because they are too porous and there is a chance of your toy developing a bacterial infection which it can then pass on to you. But it's all a matter of personal choice.
    • I had my share of jelly and can honestly say that thinking I'm gonna save money by buying it instead of picking something silicone or even TPR is fooling myself. Jelly toys don't last. They yellow and loose their pretty colors. They also irritate some people's skin (the older the toy the more it leaks phthalates).

      IMHO the only things that are both fantastic and jelly are gummi bears.

      I may be biased but I would wait for a sale on silicone dildos and buy one and a small simple hard plastic clit vibe. This way you won't fall into the "wrong anatomy" trap that rabbits have. You can also look for something TPE/TPR (but it will still be porous = no way to disinfect) or silicone in the rabbit aisle.
