Wanachi mini - wand massager discontinued by Pipedream - review by Eva Schwaltz

The Wanachi Mini from Pidedream is a wand massager that is used for external stimulation. You can use it to soothe sore muscles, but it is small enough to stimulate the clitoris quite nicely. The handle is long so you can reach those hard-to-reach places, but it is not bulky like most other wands out there. It is waterproof, but the battery cap on mine cracked, so the waterproof nature is gone.

The head of the Wanachi Mini is made of silicone, but it feels like PVC to me. It doesn’t attract lint and dust at all. The head is a cylinder shape, so you can use the flattened end or the side of the head, both feel nice. The neck has some rubber ridges to allow it to flex slightly. The base of the head, long handle, and battery cap are all made of smooth plastic. There is a seam around the head and along the handle, but they are barely even noticeable.

I feel like most people could leave this out or travel with it because it looks and acts like a regular wand massager. For travelling, and while the toy is not being used, make sure to take the batteries out so they don’t drain on you so quickly.

It is 8 3/8” in length, and the head is 1 ¾” before it starts to narrow down to the neck. The head is 4 ½” in circumference, which is the perfect amount of coverage in my opinion. Beginners to advanced users will get a lot of enjoyment out of this wand.

The Wanachi Mini is controlled by a turn dial on the base. It has six little indentations to help turn it with ease. The vibrations start off at about 2 vrooms, and goes all the way up to a high 4 vrooms, almost 5. The vibrations steadily increase, but there is a noticeable jump from the medium setting to the highest setting.

It could possibly be heard through a closed door, especially on the highest setting if you have nothing on to mask the sound. The vibrations are somewhere in the middle, not very buzzy, but not very rumbly. I am very happy it’s not as buzzy as any of the faries. The vibrations do travel throughout the entire toy, but I never have to use it long enough to get tingly fingers. This is very strong for a battery operated wand. It only takes two AA batteries which are not included.

Soap and water will clean the Wanachi Mini nicely. Pay attention to the five ridges on the neck as some fluids can get trapped there. Only use water-based lubricants as silicone lubes might deteriorate the nice, smooth head of this wand.

The Wanachi Mini comes in a little box with product information on it and its benefits. It’s rather flimsy and doesn’t work well for storage. The wand is held in place by two plastic end pieces. Included is a little sheet of paper with battery instructions. I feel this would make for a really nice gift for someone.

I give this toy 4 stars because I feel like it could be better made. Like I mentioned before, the battery cap cracked when I was trying to see how water tight it was. Also, others have complained about the head coming off and fortunately that hasn’t happened to me yet, but with forceful flexing, I feel it is entirely possible. Overall, I really enjoy this wand. It’s simple, powerful enough to get the job done, and is nice and compact.
