Use

The Pleasure Petals vibrator is a standard torpedo shaped vibrator that works for penetration as well as soft lingering, teasing touches. Its moderate girth and reasonable length make it a good choice for playing around with internal vibrations, either alone or with a partner. Do note, however, that this vibrator should not be used for anal penetration.

Material / Texture

The vibrator is coated in a layer of velvet touch plastic - a hard plastic - that is decorated with swooping floral designs. The finish on the plastic is velvety soft to dry fingers, and silky smooth to lubricated ones. Unfortunately, the velvet coat does not cover the very tip of the vibrator, leaving a small spot that shows the white of the plastic underneath.

    • No odor
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

This vibrator is a traditional shape and size - the sort of sensible vibrator you might find in the anywoman's bedroom. At 1.25" in diameter is a good size to satisfy most, while still being beginner friendly. Plus, with 6.5" of bumpy stroking, Pleasure petals sure to please a texture lover.

Pleasure petals is not so discrete, as its size makes it undeniably noticeably. Still, tucked into a sock drawer, no one would ever be the wiser.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Pleasure petals turns on and off through a dial type system. The dial theoretically has speed control, but like most dials it mostly feels like off and oooooooooooon, more or less, so best not to look to this vibe for subtle vibrations - it's all 2C cells worth of power all at once (also chewing through those 2C cells alarmingly fast). And of course, it's hardly subtle and easily heard through a closed door...oh and be sure to keep the paper insert in the battery compartment to keep down the noise, because without, it's unbearable.
    • Battery guzzler
    • Easy to use
    • Not enough variety

Care and Maintenance

The Pleasure petals is easy enough to care for - hard plastic can be soaped up with some hot water, washed with toy cleaner, or even soaked in 10% bleach solution for effective sanitization. It's not waterproof, so do be sure to remove batteries prior to washing, and make sure the battery compartment is dry before you store it away.

  • Is there
    • Is there really a reason for the design on the side besides just for looks?

no, there isn't. Just a marketing thing to make it somehow different from the other 7 billion traditional vibes out there,
    • Ha, O.k. just checking.
