At first, I was a little confused about which end of the Pulsar Twin Heads Massager to use. Both sides were good for penetration and massaging - but each side also had a better purpose.

The slender, pointier side seemed ideal for penetration, but a shallow one. While playing, I found that this side had a stronger pulse, so it felt better for penetration, but the controls were also on this half of the toy, so insertion had to be relatively shallow, but fun.

The first is a steady throb; the second a Morse-code like pulse with one long vibration and three short; the third almost reminded me of a UFO sound - it began with a light pulse and worked its way up.

The other end - the one with the rounded head - had stronger vibrations and the pulse was weaker, but it was ideal for replacing other clitoral stimulators. As for penetration, Pulsar twin heads massager was a little uncomfortable but it went deeper. Since the pulsation was stronger on the slender side, it was kind of strange to feel the pulse in my hand. My only complaint about the Twin Heads is the material it was made out of - it reminded me of hard plastic and it's not as comfortable or soft. It would also be better if it was flexible.
