It uses AA batteries and contains power that is outstanding and lasts for hours. The bullet attaches by a plug end that is a plus because it will last longer and will not break easy. I have not found another toy out there with this plug end. You can unplug it for easy storage and less chance of the cord breaking. With the long cord you can use it in any position.

The pulsatron has 7 different speeds you can use. You can tease yourself and when you can't take any more bring it home. It is a great toy to use with your partner. Just hand the controls over to him or her and lay back and let them decide what speed and where it goes. There will be a new suprise every time.
