Feel like a rock star with Hustler's new line of toys. Not just a hot magazine anymore! The Rocker Vibe is a traditional vibrator with multi-speeds. For such a simple, traditional toy, it really is very nice. It is made well, has good weight, and rumbly vibrations instead of cheap, buzzy ones. It is easy to operate and cheap to keep in commission since it only take 1 AA battery. While the size is small, it still is a nice addition to any collection and works well for travel. Plus, it is extremely quiet-great for those with roommates. There is a lot to say for going back to the basics.

The Rock Vibe is made of phthalate free, hard, ABS plastic. In addition is is hypo-allergenic, food-grade, and latex free. The plastic feels thicker and of higher quality than most similar toys. The surface has a lovely velvet and satin feel to it. ABS plastic is non porous, but cannot be sterilized. Using a condom for sharing is still recommended. It has no smell or taste either.

The Rocker Vibe is a very nice size for beginners, clitoral stimulation, and for use during sex between bodies. It is 5 1/4" long with the traditionally sleek shaft and tip that comes to a moderate point. The insertable length is 4 3/8". This may not be long enough for some women. For its purpose it is likely adequate for teasing and shallow insertion. The thickness is slim at well. It is 1" in diameter, 3 1/8" in circumference.

The base has a dial and is slightly thicker than the shaft. It is not, however, thick enough to be safe for anal use. The base unscrews and a single AA battery slides inside. While this is not waterproof as is, a simple o-ring can be added to make it as such. The size is also great for travel and being discreet. The weight is not an issue, but it does weigh more than other vibes of the same size.

The dial that controls the power on the Rocker vibe has a good amount of resistance to it. This vibrator is multi-speed but the difference between the speeds is slight. Turning the vibrator on, it starts on a moderately low level of vibration, at least that is how it feels to the fingers. But clitorally, it is a different story. The vibrations are wonderfully rumbly and deep. Something not expected for a vibrator of this type and size. Turning the dial more, all the way to the end, vibration level doubles to a more or less average vibration level. Again, it's the deep rumble that matters here. It is great for clitoral stimualtion and for the nipples too. For those who have sensitive clits, this is an awesome vibrator for that. It won't cause any pain because it doesn't have buzzy, sharp vibration. The noise level is really low! It would be great for anyone needing discretion.

This toy is super easy to take care of. First of all, the plastic can be sued with any kind of lubricant. Secondly, it can be wiped down with a toy cleaner or washer with warm water and soap. Make sure the battery compartment is completely closed and don't run the end of the toy under water. Let it dry and put it back in the package or place in a drawer or other storage of some sort.

The packaging is simple yet effective. The vibrator comes in a plastic Ziplock type bag. The front is clear showing the toy, while the back is black with some information about the toy. Apparently using this toy will burn 65 calories per hour! Inside the pouch is a cardboard backing. Behind this is a little, general instruction packet.

The Rocker Vibe is the first assignment I have considered turning down. I was going to pass because I figured this toy would completely bore me considering the rest of my collection. BUT, at the last moment I thought, what the hell...I've never tried one of their toys. Let's do it! I am so glad I did. I love this vibrator. It doesn't do much for insertion, but I still can feel the vibrations nicely. I prefer to use this vibrator on my very sensitive clit and nipples. The rumbling vibrations are amazing. This is going in my go-to box. I enjoy it that much. Plus, I can put texture sleeves on it. My complaints are small. I don't like that the multi-speeds are so far apart or that it isn't waterproof. It is a well made traditional vibrator deserving of being in any toy box.
