Rosebud by Vibratex

In addition to being one of the prettiest and most graceful-looking rabbit vibes in my collection (and I have about 20 as of this review), the Rosebud has a lot going for it. It is, in particular, an excellent choice for beginners or for those looking for intense g-spot stimulation.

The vibe is made of a super-soft, matte silicone that is absolutely delicious and smooth to the touch. It runs on 4 AAA batteries, which load quite easily into the bottom of the base and provide a surprising amount of power. The controls are incredibly simple to use—two sliding levers, one for the clitoral stimulator and one for the rotating shaft. The clitoral stimulator is a basic butterfly with small wings, antennae, and soft ribbing on the underside.

When I first switched on the butterfly, I was honestly amazed at the amount of power the thing put out, even on its lowest setting. When in use, however, the super-soft silicone material keeps the vibrations from being too intense or overwhelming, which is part of the reason I think this would be an excellent toy for beginners. If you desire extra stimulation, just resting a finger or thumb on the butterfly and exerting a little more pressure on it makes the vibrations much more intense.

The shaft is fairly short and narrow for a rabbit, with a slightly larger head. The smaller size of the shaft is the other reason I think this would be an excellent beginner’s rabbit. The shorter shaft also places the bulbous head in a great position for g-spot stimulation, and the orgasms (yes, it passed my multiple-orgasm test!) I had with this vibe were deep and powerful. The rotation of the shaft is fairly rapid, again even at slower speeds, and is very stimulating.

Like any rabbit, this toy does make some noise, but it is not particularly loud for the power it puts out. I was also impressed that the two stimulators running together did not seem to draw power from each other, and I did not have any problems with the shaft rotation slowing down or stopping from muscle pressure.

All in all, I think the Rosebud would be a valuable addition to any toy collection, and an excellent vibe for those just starting out who are looking for something not intimidating, effective, and easy to operate.

Silicone, powerful, soft, petite and easy to operate. This has definitely become one of my favorites rabbits--heck, VIBES--ever! Hits all the right places on me and leaves little if anything to be desired. A bit of an investment, but worth every penny!
