Royal swirl by California Exotic

In all honesty, I was not too sure what to think when I found out I was getting the Royal Swirl. I couldn't wait to get a new toy to try out though. When I got it, I didn't really know what to do with it yet, so I put it in my night stand for a few days. In the classic sense, I knew what to do with it; I just didn't know if I wanted to. It just didn't appeal to me.

It’s purple, waterproof, and has a swirly shaped shaft. The material is soft but firm. It's supposed to have a multi-speed function, but when I tried it, it seemed to me like my only options were on or off. The vibrations are strong, and the toy is kind of loud. It’s not "can be heard over the tv" loud, but it can be heard under sheets I'm sure.

For round one, I just stimulated the outside. I was brought to orgasm fairly quickly through clitoral stimulation. That was encouraging, seeing as how the toy itself did not excite me. Round two, I decided to go in. It did not feel good; it didn't hurt either, but it just wasn't good. I'm not too sure what the swirly shaped shaft was supposed to do, but it did nothing for me. The vibrations were really strong on the inside and not quite pleasurable either.

 Since this was my first waterproof toy, I decided to see if maybe the water made something feel different, but it was pretty much the same.

 All in all, I was not impressed. In all actuality, I was fairly disappointed that a toy that Sue Johanson endorsed did not live up to what I expected it to be. I guess I felt that if the company saw it fit to use "Talk Sex with Sue Johanson" on their packaging, Sue Johanson had given it a good rating. Whatever rating she gave it, it was not as good as I thought it should be.

 I showed the toy to my friends, and even they were put off by the way that it looked. I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone, although since everyone is different, your experience might not be the same as mine. I say order this at your own risk, but don't expect any fireworks.

 I'm not sure what could be done to improve the toy...... Maybe make the swirls a little softer? Maybe fix the speeds (or lack thereof)? Either way, as it is, the toy itself isn't a worthy addition to any collection, in my eyes at least.
