Design / Shape / Size
So little!
This user-friendly, compact bullet could not be more simplistically perfect. From beginners to vets, there's something to love for everyone. At just under 3.5" x .75" wide, this palm-sized bullet slips easily into your purse undetected. You can even play with it while at the office! Trust me. I tried.
The tapered tip provides pinpoint clitoral stimulation, leading the vibrations where you need them most. The slimline bullet shape fits just in the palm, and allows for easy access to the control button with little interruption of playtime.
A rubber o-ring at the base provides waterproof protection when the cap's closed tight. So you can take this bad boy in the shower, the jacuzzi or the sea with you.
The single, included 1.5V 'N' battery will be difficult to find, but not impossible. It packs much more punch than any old AAA battery would, anyday.
One drawback about the small size is that the fingers can quickly go numb from holding it too long. The buzzy vibes travel into your bones and *POOF. Pins and needles. It's jolting and quite honestly a bit obnoxious. But common in small, powerful vibes. To rid the bullet of this, you'd have to sacrifice its stealthy size. Did i mention that nothing is perfect?
Functions / Performance / Controls
Perfect palm-pal.
Here is something that saddens me. So the first impression I had was toying around with this and accidentally clicking the on button. The vibes it put out originated in the tip, just where they're needed. Direct delivery to the clit! The vibrations were buzzy but not too high. A barely audible hum radiated from the toy. Still, I was thinking, 'Four vrooms, really? This was rated 4 vrooms, and what I'm feeling here is barely a 3.'
Then I happened to push the button again, thinking this would turn the device off. To my delight, the buzzy vibes kicked up a notch. More power! 3.5 vrooms were had.
One more press of the soft rubber button and the third level of vibes was achieved. Yes! There it was. 4 full vrooms in one tiny-ass bullet. Not to mention nearly whisper-quiet action. With a heater on in the room, nobody'd hear you playing with this, not even ten feet away. And I never thought it possible! The power of 'N' batteries.
But while cycling through the settings, I noticed that at times the vibe would simply shut off when moving from the first to second setting, or second to third. I didn't think much of it, until I noticed it would not shut off. At all. No matter how many times or directions or pens I poked into the button hole, it wouldn't shut off. Unscrewing the cap and disconnecting the battery was all that would stop this bullet. And then I cried.
At this price and size, a more solid construction would not have killed anyone. The small computer chip viewed in the basecap is obviously needing an update. This one has a fluke. I think I'll send this lemon back.
In the water, however, this vibe is hot. If you can get the settings to perform as you wish. Have no qualms about taking this into the shower for some steamy sexy 'you' time. As long as your High Intensity Bullet isn't a lemon.
Packaging
The usual Cal Exotics' minimal, plastic-bubble packaging is used here. The typical warnings about use of this toy 'as a novelty product only' decorate the package. All we find here in the way of instructions to wash the bullet before and after use (though they don't say what to use to clean it), remove the battery when not in use, and use water-based lube (though silicone and plastic work fine together). And according to this, you can actually register your new product at vibetronics.com. Though the motives behind that are still unclear to me.
There are no instructions whatsoever, and I wouldn't really use the package for storing this, as it's bulky and impractical. Still, the packaging is all recyclable, and as this bullet is a pretty self-explanatory toy, I'm not complaining.
Personal comments
I usually use this gold egg vibe by Cal Exotics during masturbation and sex.
If the High Intensity Bullet worked it would be a perfect alternative to my bulkier egg vibe with attached control pack. The round egg gets between my lover and me when in missionary position, and the cord can get tangled in the bed. The dial also can move to different speeds on its own, with all the rolling around we do. This slimline design cuts out all the crap and gives you just what you need, where you need it. And without getting in the way.
As it is, the bullet's stuck on the weakest setting. I have to screw the cap to turn it off and on. The least it could've done would've been to die on the highest setting. Do a girl some favors as you croak, at least. Sheesh.
I'll send this back and get something more reliable. You kind of get what you pay for sometimes.

I'm not sure if this is the case but it might be. A while back, they were giving away the pink and green one of those for free (if you did so-and-so which I can't remember what). I know because I got one! Lol. I love it. It's velvety-feeling and it really is high intensity (in my opinion). I did my first review ever on it and I use it to make up for my Zook's weak clitoral attachment. I hope it comes back in stock so you can get it!

I'm so confused about the texture of this bullet. The pink looks matte and the video review states that it is velvety. All the other colors look glossy and smooth. Can anybody tell me if there really is a difference?

It looks like the white may have the velvety texture as well, however, the black, silver, and fuchsia look like they are probably shiny, smooth. While you can feel the difference in your hands, I don't think you would feel the difference between the textures at all when you were using it down there.

Texture?

Does anybody know if the pink colored vibrator has a different texture than the other colored ones? It looks less shiny, so I wondered if it had a different feel to it also. I'm not a big fan of the plasticey feel of some vibrators so I'm wavering on getting this one.

Hey guys! I've been searching for what I'd consider to be the perfect, quiet bullet. I tried the high intensity bullet but it broke. The hollow points one was amazing when it worked! It's a little bit loud too.I have the blue TCB, it's ok but I was hoping for stronger vibes? Can anyone recommend a good one that's smooth, quiet, discreet, and has proven to last at least 6 months, instead of 6 days :-( Please help!

I'd contact Eden customer service about getting a replacement. I don't think any vibe should break in less than a week, so you may have gotten a defective one.

try the '7 wonders bullet'
It's tiny, purple and has 7 functions. Normally I don't like the different functions because they're too... slow? But the & wonders bullet is really intense and has so many vibrating patterns! Or maybe try the pink candy bullet, it also has 7 functions and no cord/controller!

Sounds kind of temperamental! Pretty cool that it is powerful, has multiple speeds and is waterproof, but not being able to control the on and off does not sound orgasm-making - it sounds frustration-making. Thanks for the review!
