Seduced by L'Amour

L'Amour Seduction is an innovative little rabbit vibrator that answers to all female anatomy by bending to reach most spots. You won't hurt your pelvis with its soft silicone, and you might be pleasantly surprised by its bulbous head and minimal textured ridges. With 7 functions, there is something for nearly everyone. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with this rabbit vibrator - I wasn't hurting myself just to get adequate external stimulation!

Use

This is a rabbit style vibrator, with dual motors located in the shaft and the smaller, external stimulator. This vibrator will work well for solo female adventures, as well as couples looking to bring a toy into the bedroom.

It is easy and intuitive to use, so users not so familiar with sex toys can still enjoy it without feeling too confused.

It is made of safe silicone and it is waterproof, which makes it a top choice for those looking for the vibrator that has it all.

It also isn't terribly loud, so those with roommates or close neighbors won't feel too awkward choosing this toy.

Material / Texture

L'Amour Seduction is a soft, nonporous silicone. It is extremely safe in terms of material, and it is also quite enjoyable as far as feel goes. The silicone CalEx uses doesn't give as much drag as other toys I have. It is rather smooth, with a few ridges along the toy to give you texture and something to hold on to.

The ridges are smooth, so they don't irritate. They are so slight that I didn't really notice them too much, but users extremely sensitive might find them enjoyable (but definitely not too much).

There is a small seam along the toy, but it does not cause any harm. I almost didn't notice it at first.

There is no smell and no taste associated with this vibrator.

Design / Shape / Size

L'Amour Seduction is pretty unique as a rabbit vibrator. It is completely flexible, so that it works with many different anatomies. I was surprised by its wobbly nature at first, but it turned out to be very useful when put to use.

The toy is a nice pink color, which might be difficult to hide from others.

The entire length of the toy is 8".
The length of the shaft, meant to be inserted, is just about 5".
The length of the clitoral stimulator is 2".

The toy has a pronounced bulb at the top, which may take a bit to first insert without lubrication. It is the widest part of the vibrator, and its circumference is just about 4.5" around.
Those who prefer a tapered tip in a vibrator may want to pass this one up, but while this style is not my favorite... I still really enjoyed it because it was not too girthy.
The rest of the shaft is about 3.75" in circumference.

Size queens need to pass on this vibrator. It is small and friendly - not at all an intimidating mammoth.

The clitoral stimulator is about the size of a slender/long thumb (like mine). At the bottom of the shaft, there is a slope/curve of 0.75" before the external stimulator begins. It is 2.75" in circumference.

Let's talk about bend.
This vibrator is BENDY. While you can't easily bend the middle of the shaft in half, you can take the base of the shaft, hold it in place, and pull back the top of the shaft almost 180 degrees. You can easily bend it to make a horizontal line instead of a vertical. You can also bend the clitoral shaft all the way straight.

As for curving it inward, users will find it harder to bend forward to hug a clitoris or reach a g-spot.

It does not stay in the position it is bent in, but it was not made to do this. I believe this was a design decision made based on the fact that so many females find it difficult to reach their clitoris with a traditional rabbit vibrator. You can fully insert the vibrator, and wriggle yourself around to get that extra 0.75" in length you may need to reach the top of your clitoris. It's quite wonderful.

People who aren't "large-vibes only," who are worried about rabbits not fitting them right, will love Seduction. It is designed very wisely.

Those who also don't like very hard, sturdy, unforgiving materials will also like this vibrator. It is plushy and will not bang into your pelvic wall.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibrator is controlled by two buttons- on/off and function- located on the external-stimulator side of the vibrator.

Fumbling hands beware: if you try to insert the vibrator and then fiddle with the functions, you might find yourself constantly hitting the on/off button. I found myself doing it 4 times in a row (every 3 seconds). Then I got the hang of where to hold my hands and it became a lot easier to maneuver. I found it hard to tease myself externally with Seduction, because I kept hitting those buttons.

The buttons light up with a red light to let you know the vibrator is indeed on. The buttons are easy to press and easy to find in the moment. I really appreciate a simple on/off button, because it allows me to shut it off instantly if someone walks in.

When you hit the power button, the red light will indicate that the vibrator is on. You have to hit the function button beneath it to experience any vibration.

When you hit the function button, you will first come upon 3 steady levels of vibration from low to high. It is a good medium-to-high level of power, I found I was able to orgasm from it easily.

The patterns that follow include:
4- a long wave, escalating from low to high
5- short pulses of medium intensity
6- even shorter pulses of medium intensity
7- three short pulses of medium, with one longer lasting throb of high (my favorite)

I found the last function to be the most fun for me.

I also have to mention that the 2nd level steady vibration (medium) in the shaft would sort of flicker from time to time. I think, with slight pressure, the motor would sort of freak a little bit at keeping it just on the in-between low and high level. This doesn't bug me one bit because I'm a high-powered kinda lady.

As far as noise goes, it is pretty darn quiet. Underneath a blanket, I couldn't hear it at all.

Waterproof seal... It is all over the box. My findings? Not quite! While the battery seal is pretty neat, it is only really splash proof and short-submerge proof. After submerging it in a sink full of water, coursing through all the modes several times, I dried Seduction off thoroughly. Upon opening up the battery compartment, I found drops of water along the inside. While there is a seal, it is only DIRECTLY over the batteries. They seemed slightly damp and the drops of water were a bit too close for comfort for me.

I would say this is shower proof but not the best for a candlelit bath.

Care and Maintenance

L'Amour Seduction is operated by 2 AAA batteries. I have used her twice, leaving the batteries in, and they have not yet died on me. I am happy with this, mostly because I know that AAA batteries are easier to buy in bulk than, say, LR44.

The battery compartment is a bit different, though - CalEx calls it "EZ-load." You have to either press your thumb hard onto this little plastic indentation, or pull it down with your fingernail.
Strike that. Without a fingernail to pull that tiny piece of plastic down, you will be unable to get this open unless you get creative. Be sure to align the plastic before pressing and pushing the cap back on.

Silicone is relatively low maintenance in terms of care. Just be sure to only use water based lubricant with this toy (silicone may degrade the integrity of the silicone material). For clean-up, I suggest good old warm water and mild, antibacterial soap. You can also use toy cleaner or wipes.

On a side note, this toy is the first piece of silicone I've had that doesn't instantly attract every stray fur and hair around.

Storage is simple, by putting it back in its plastic box. However, I will most likely be storing this in a spare toy pouch away from other silicone toys.

Personal comments

My boyfriend also pointed out that this could be used as an anal toy as well, since the dual-stimulators are flexible and soft enough while being very safe. While I have not tried this out, I felt it was worth mentioning. If you do go that route, be sure to sanitize (10% bleach solution) or use a condom.
