L'Amour Seduction - rabbit vibrator by Cal Exotics - review by unfulfilled

The L'Amour Seduction by California Exotic Novelties is designed to simultaneously stimulate the vagina and clitoris for ultimate pleasure.

You can use it alone or with a partner inserting it for you.

I did try stimulating my nipples with this toy, but found the shape is not really designed to stimulate any erogenous zones.

The product is made of soft silicone and the battery cap is shiny ABS plastic. It is hypo-allergenic, latex free, non-porous, and does not contain any phthalates. It did not have any smell or taste.

There is a visible seam along the toy, but thankfully it could not be felt. It has a little bit of texture, but nothing that I could noticeably feel. It has a ribbed "v" outlining the head of the toy and an inverted "v" along the middle of the shaft. It also has the "v" on the clitoral attachment. The following pictures will show a better idea of what I'm talking about.

As far as flexibility goes, you can bend the shaft at the end or the head, but not so much in the middle because that's where the motor is located and is a much harder surface. You can move the clitoral attachment at the fingertip.

Overall the toy is 8" long with an insertable length of 6". The clitoral attachment is 2 1/2" long and 2 1/2" around at the top and 2 3/4" around at the bottom. The head circumference is 4 1/2" and the shaft is 4" around. There is a 1 1/2" space between the shaft of the toy and the clit attachment.

It is a wonderful lavender color with white buttons that illuminate red when in use. Although the two lights glow red, it is not enough to light your way in complete darkness. The battery cap is outline in a sleek silver which adds a nice contrast to the lavender.

The nice thing about this dual vibrator is it is not animal shaped. So for once, there's no rabbit or butterfly staring back at me. In fact, as the picture below shows, the clitoral attachment is shaped similar to my thumb.



As with any dual stimulating vibrator, it depends on your anatomy if the shape of this product will work for you. For me, if I inserted the shaft all the way, the clitoral stimulator was above my clitoris. I tried adjusting it downward, but that didn't work either. The only way for me to get them to simultaneously work is to get the clitoral attachment in place and having the shaft not fully inserted. If I used the shaft for thrusting the clitoral attachment would never hit my spot.

This is not necessarily a discreet toy. It has a distinct head on it and I could not come up with anything that it could potentially be otherwise. However, it is small enough to carry in your purse or bag if you wish to carry it with you.

It has two very easy to push button controls; an on-off button and a vibration-pulsation mode. However, the buttons are in an awkward position. I can easily turn it off with the palm of my hand when holding it by the base. This is not good when you're in the middle of playing with it and you accidentally turn it off. You don't have to apply much pressure to it at all to turn it off.

It has three speeds and four pulsation patterns. The speeds are low, medium, and high. The pulsation patterns are as follows:

1st pattern- increasing roller coaster
2nd pattern- pulse-pulse-pulse
3rd pattern- fast pulse-pulse-pulse
4th pattern- pulse-pulse-pulse-drawn out pulse-repeat

It does not have seperate controls for the clitoral attachment and the shaft of the toy. Both are controlled with the one function button. Unlike other dual stimulators I have, this one does not contain any beads and does not have a rotating shaft.

The motor for the clit stimulator is located at the bottom, but since it's such a small area, takes up 90% of the toy and can be felt throughout. When thrusting, the clit attachment feels like someone's finger is poking you and not in a good way. You know how little kids will try to get your attention by using their index finger over and over again until you turn around to see what they want? Well, that's what the clit attachment feels like if not left in place. It was just too hard for my taste.

When holding it, the buzzy vibration can be felt in your hand which I've never enjoyed. When inserted, if I apply pressure or squeeze my pc muscles, the pitch of the motor changes and I can tell the intensity decreases a little. The vibrations are disbursed nicely. The motor is located right under the head and do travel up to the head and can be felt along the shaft of the toy.

It requires 2 AAA batteries that were not included. The batteries are easy to load which is always good. The product is not a battery guzzler; I had it on for over 3 hours and it was still happily buzzing along, but was starting to diminish in intensity.

At its highest setting, it can be heard through the covers, but not outside the door. It would not be heard if you were alone in the shower.

It is waterproof, and I did test it out in the shower and did not have any adverse reactions with it malfunctioning afterwards.

This product does collect hair and lint very easily. However, it is waterproof so clean-up is a breeze. You can wash it with soap and water or with your favorite toy cleaner.

It is best to use only water-based lubricant with it because silicone-based lubricant on silicone toys can potentially cause an adverse reaction and break down the toy.

It did not come with any additional storage so it would be best stored in a seperate storage bag pr container away from other toys that are made of silicone. You can store it in its original container if you wanted, but it's a little bulky and would take up some space.

The package is a clear see-through package with L'Amour on the front in purple writing. It has white spiral designs along the front and one side. It says premium silicone massager, seduction, and water-proof on the front. It also mentions it has dual motors. California Exotic Novelties logo is in the right hand corner, and pure silicone is in the left-hand corner. The back shows a picture of the toy, mentions that it has dual motors, and points to where they are located. It also mentions that it is silky smooth and has seven powerful functions of vibration, pulsation, and escalation. It also notes that it's whisper quite and is designed to the highest standard for purity and quality. Obviously, the packaging is not discreet, but it is not distasteful either.

I've always heard people mention that the third times a charm. Well in this instance my third rabbit was not a charm. My quest for the perfect rabbit is still on. I don't have many faults with this particular rabbit, it just does not have the right kind of vibrations I enjoy and is not designed to fit my body.
