My wife and I purchased the LELO Ina about four months ago and from the get-go this product oozed quality. It was professionally packaged in a very sturdy plastic bubble-type encasement within a sturdy black storage box. A luxurious travel pouch was provided as was an easy to read/follow instruction manual. When I first picked it up, I was impressed by its feel - very solid and firm yet with smooth, supple and inviting curves. It was essentially odorless. All of the personal contact parts of this pleasure tool (not really a toy in my opinion) are covered with a very high quality silicone, and the handle is made of very smooth plastic. The buttons are well laid out, slightly recessed and readily accessible during use.
Overall this device is quite rigid, but this is not a drawback in regards to the main body (insertable part) of the tool because of its nice ergonomic design and supple silicone covering. However, the stiffness of its clitoral stimulating arm certainly deserves a note of caution. I see this as the only downside of this tool because without certain precautions on the part of the "driver," the sensitive clitoral area can be poked/beat/clamped in a most uncomfortable manner. However, with a little practice and proper technique this downside can be easily overcome, and the true wonder of what this device is capable of can be realized.
We do use a water-based lubricant in that the covering would be adversely affected by a silicone-based product. Clean-up is a breeze with a little mild soap and water, but I never totally immerse the tool because I don't want to take a chance on water entering the area around the control buttons although they do appear to be fairly well sealed. We have been married and monogamous a long time so we've not had reason to use any other cleaning/sterilization/sanitizing methods or materials.
As far as its functionality, the tool is very easy to operate. It has four buttons that control its two exquisitely positioned motors - one g-spot stimulator in the main body and one clitoral stimulator in the above mentioned arm. The plus and minus buttons control ten different levels of intensity of vibration, and the up and down arrow keys control the eight different modes of vibration patterns. Cycling all the way down on the minus button turns the tool off.

Experience
I just have to say that this little pleasure tool has added an unexpected and wonderful dimension to our already fantastic relationship and sex life. Now we make love an average of three times a week, and more often than not she reaches climax before or as I do - not bragging, just fact. How strong is the Ina in comparison to other vibrators?

I'm saving up for an Ina and want to be sure that it's worth it for my partner and I. I know my way around vibes pretty well so for those who own or have used an Ina, comparisons to any other vibe could be useful.
Particularly useful would be comparisons to the wahl 5-speed massager, the hitachi, the mimi and the we-vibe salsa, though. Those are especially appreciated!! :P

I notice that the buttons on my Ina don't always respond the first time I push them...It's kind of annoying. Has anyone else had this problem with theirs or heard of this happening?

I noticed that, too. You just need to hold them down a teeny bit longer than you think you need to.
