The bullet does not have a quick-off function, but the functions can be cycled through rather quickly.

The vibrations of this bullet are a bit deeper and penetrate more than other bullets I've had experience with. While it has a good amount of power, I have found that it is also a bit quieter. Evolved is known for their amazing packaging. This came in a box nestled in a plastic sleeve. The box (which I'm wishing had a lid) is made of hard plastic. Overall, I was very happy with the packaging and even want to keep the hard plastic box to store tiny things in.
