This toy is Plastic, which is non porous, Phthalate and latex free, hypoallergenic, and food grade material.
It ranks a 8 on Eden's safety scale, and can be very easily cleaned.
There is no smell or taste to this toy.
The vertical ribs along the shaft of this toy aren't very noticeable to me during use. The ribs are not very prominent.
The texture would be well suited to beginners and advanced users as well.

I love the design, I think this toy looks like a real shot gun shell, anyone who is serious about guns will know it's not the real thing, but you could fool someone who is not familiar with shot gun shells. And even though some may know its not a real shell, they will probably not realize its a vibrator.

This vibe has a twist bottom to control the vibrations. So it is multi-speed in that you can change it from a low vibration to a higher more powerful one, but there are no programmed pulsing vibrations with this vibrator.
The vibrations are located throughout the toy. I love how powerful it is on the high speed ,but sometimes it doesn't dial down the speed like it should it just turns off. You have to slowly turn it back on to get it to a low speed. This is not really an inconvenience to me, but it may be to some people.
The controls are easy to use, you just twist the bottom to turn it on and off, but if you are using it with lube this can be difficult to do one handed.
This toy is very quiet, which also aids in it being discreet.
This toy is waterproof and does very well when being washed off in the sink. I haven't taken it into the tub with me yet.
It only requires one AAA battery.

This toy is very easy to care for. It can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or with isopropyl alcohol.

I store it in my toy box, but you could keep it in a small pouch or leave it out in plain sight since it really doesn't resemble a vibrator.

I was not impressed with the packaging. It came with the red part in some shrink wrapped plastic with a white sticker notating the item number and a barcode.
When I opened my box, the bullet had come out of the shrink wrap since it didn't wrap all the way around the toy.
There were no user instructions included with this toy either. The packaging cannot be used solely as gift wrap, and I am not keeping it to store the vibe in.
But since it is just plastic, I would think it is recyclable.

I have used the Beaver shot several times now and it has not left me disappointed yet!
It is small enough that I can take it to work with me and enjoy a little quickie on lunch for those really stressful days.
I hope to use it in a silicone cock ring I have with a partner soon and see how well it works for that.
